Currently in Aurora the Colorado Shooter who name I will not mention because he is a piece of garbage of a human being.  Under Colorado law this piece of garbage of a human being is allowed to plead insanity.  First of all lets examine the Colorado liberal system of mental health check.  University psychologist told this piece of crap you need to be on medication you are crazy.  Since this piece of crap was kicked out of a Colorado Community College for not controlling his temper.  He could not be committed unless you commit a crime no commitment allowed even though many psychologist said locked this piece of crap up.  For all you want to take any a common man ability to defend myself from American Jihadist.  Gun control is dead control.  Let's all look at Cinemark stupid policy of unless security or law enforcement no guns allowed.  One gun from someone in theater would had prevent this tragedy.  Support Mental Health reform which is what the NRA is asking for and stop this gun control it did not work in 1994.  It will not work in 2013.  Colorado recently passed a stupid law called I can posses a certain amount ammo not enough to defend myself.  Since this law passed lets see crime went up stop this Chicagoization of America and I prefer the Spokanization that gives me freedom and liberty.  Let's make so if a piece of crap goes into a place caught in the act by law enforcement you can plead two options guilty or not guilty.  This not guilty by means of insanity means we get to house this piece of garbage at Colorado taxpayers expense.  I say minute of conviction have a victim's family shot this piece of crap in the temple after sentencing immediately.

North Bend parents have been asking for over 30 years to fence the playground

As a child growing up in North Bend and attended North Bend Elementary from 4th and 5th grade in the early 1980's.  My mother Sharon Marion now known as Sharon Yakanak was head of the North Bend Elementary Elementary Parent Teachers Association.  Please convince the Snoqualmie Valley School District or better yet have the North Bend Parent Teachers Association raise the money and put the fence up.  However the real question is since their is a trail from the north from EJ Roberts Park you need to allow the children to play on the equipment after hours.  Since the City of North Bend owns the land the school is on.  Maybe the City of North Bend could employ a park employee or talk to the King County Si View Park District about leasing or buying the land they could manage the playground when school is not in session.  Snoqualmie Valley School District can not man the playground after hours.  Better yet may be a parent volunteer could employee a citizen patrol this is my mother asked for when she was in charge of the North Bend Elementary PTA from 1980-1985.  This is when Frank Crnick a Roslyn native was principal their. Medicaid vouchers should not be allowed to pay Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis

Medicaid should not be allowed to use in Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis main reason recently an Anchorage permit owner and cab driver got his non transferrable handicap permit taken away for excepting medicaid payments for runs to bingo and to the liquor.  I remember when cab drivers would ask this voucher goes from home to liquor store and I would have to deny payment.  Anchorage Police Department would not respond to the taxi as a defraud because they had a form of payment.  I would tell the driver they have to pay or drive them to jail.  Some customer would call and say why did the driver not take my medicaid voucher.  My response would be did the doctor prescribe Jack Daniels as medicine.  Customers says no.  I would ask their full name then the next business day I would call their caseworker guess what next month they would have their benefits cancelled.  You use medicaid do not mess with this dispatcher.  I also used to be a monitor to the Early Screening Program if the customer talk nasty to the cab driver.  I would talk to Ann Comeau the person in charge of the program as morning dispatcher at Alaska Yellow Cab.  If they do it too many times then guess what the member would be off the program.  I banned five people on the program.  If we banned Medicaid from Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis then they would not be able to accept Early Screen Program vouchers either.  In developed cities like Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau the bus system would be great for transport of people.  The only exception would be the exceptionally handicapped then the Anchor Rides program would work in their favor. 

Small rural city post offices that are close together should be allowed to contract a local courier for faster mail delivery

Sometimes the moron bureaucrats in Washington, DC do not understand that most of America lives in small town rural America.  Instead having mail go from point A to B if the process is local.  Here is an Alaskan example.  If you are mailing a letter from Palmer to Wasilla why should you have wait three days to get that letter instead the Palmer and Wasilla post office could call a courier service to deliver those letter to each other.  Have the local post office put a stamp on it.  Every post has one unless in a big city like Spokane, Seattle and Anchorage.  Snoqualmie Valley the Western Washington example.  If you were to mail a letter from North Bend to Carnation a mail courier would be much faster to truck that letter to some mail processing facility this will speed up mail delivery.  Central Washington mail delivery example if you were to mail a letter from Cle Elum to South Cle Elum which is just across the Yakima River why would not a local courier service.  Here is an interesting argument why do we even have a post office in South Cle Elum since most residents come into Cle Elum to do shopping anyway but then if you use that argument.  Cle Elum would be the only city with a post office since everybody in the Upper Kittitas County comes into Cle Elum to shop since Roslyn has not had a supermarket or place where people save lots on groceries for probably more than 30 years and since Safeway is the only major grocery hopefully one day that will to give the Upper Kittitas County some competition which the Snoqualmie Valley has benefited from competition.
