Who is really behind gender identity ordinances?

What if the draft of this piece of legislation is though of behind prison walls.  Registered sex offenders are behind these gender identity ordinances they have been joined the gay supported organizations to get support for their agenda.  They want to legalize their activity.  These laws would make their activity legal.  This is not about transgendered right this about legalizing pediophile activities.  Since no voters have voted on this activity nobody wants this law.  Please make these laws illegal in America it is necessary for the safety of children.
