Alaskans say I will take four years of Walker-Mallott please
Earlier voters in November have decided that they want 4 years of Walker-Mallott. Question is what is his plan for education, state budget. He says he wants it balanced how to do it without a state income tax. He also has a legislature that will not give him what he wants. He wants to expand medicaid does not have the funds to pay for it. He wants to tax oil companies more. Voters do not want a state income tax which is what this ticket preached while running. Congrats Bill Walker and Byron Mallot you are in charge the next four years.
Outside Liberal Special Interest Groups want to change law in Alaska check local laws first
First of all congratulations on your successful wins in making the price of food higher in Alaska and prevent Alaska from developing its own local interest. When you place signs you may want to check local laws when placing signs. You can not stick them at local municipal parks or on light poles. You may only place political signs on a persons property after you gotten permission from the property owner to do so. You can not place them in a right a way of a major street or intersection. Just remember when you want to change the law make sure you obey the law while you are doing it.
Special Education students will suffer under Washington Measure 1351
Recently the Washington Education Association was able to snowball the voters of the state of Washington. It is interesting that as a result of this measure. Special education students will suffer because in order to get the class sizes to a reasonable level. They will have offer less classes for special education students. Since 2007 Washington State Legislature was put in less funds for special education funding. Small rural school district just like before 1978 had the option again of refusing special needs students due to not able to have enough space in the schools. This measure will make it harder for special needs students to receive an education. Will school districts do before 1981 put all their special needs students in one area of the school district instead of allowing the special needs student to attend the school that is closer to the student. I remember before the 1981 school year I had to attend Snoqualmie Elementary even though I lived in North Bend. This measure is a bad deal for special needs students will result in less learning. School districts will have to pass levies every six months to fund this demand. Which is interesting unless they change the rules that a school district can pass one levy a year if it successful passes. Hopefully this measure will be altered in two to allow school districts to be able to not forgot about the special needs students.

We need a Method of Understanding for the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Owners Association
Since we are issuing Method of Understanding we also need one for the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Owners Association. Members must admit that their taxi permits have no value. They must apologize to the citizens of Anchorage for lying during Assembly testimony, 2008 Election. They must apologize to Uber Alaska managers for lying during testimony. They must prove their permits are worth $140K by paying property tax on them. They can no longer get special access at the Transportation Commission meetings. They must no longer speak on taxi issues unless they admit there taxicab permits are not theirs they belong to the municipality. They also need to allow competition to make their industry better.
What must be in the Method of Understanding to Uber Alaska
Last Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 The Anchorage Assembly passed an ordinance stating that Uber Alaska could compete before that happens the Anchorage Transportation Inspector and Municipal Attorney must issue a method of understanding for Uber Alaska to do business. We also need to make sure no representatives from the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Owners Association are in the room. The main reason is they want to protect their no value taxi permit that most of their members paid pennies on the dollar for.
In this method of understanding they need to make sure their chauffeurs are licensed, each car is marked so if a car does drives to fast they can be called in and complain. They must allow the Anchorage Transportation Inspector to check their cars to make sure they are in compliance. They must scrap their customer rating system. They must have cameras in the cab. They need to tell their drivers they must purchase commercial drivers insurance which all taxi drivers do as well. All drivers must pass a criminal background check. They must admit they are a taxi service.

Most Anchorage taxicab permits were purchased for pennies on the dollar
Most of the Anchorage permits were purchased before 1994 before the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Association was able to convince the Anchorage Assembly to limit the amount of permits which skyrocketed their permits to 140,000 from actual price of less than $1,000 the price of Anchorage Taxi Permit before 1994. Another note most Anchorage permit owner did not actually obtain their permits by buying instead most inherited them or was given to them as gifts. They also purchased at a reasonable rate. Remember these permits are not really owned by the permit owner they are actually owned by the municipality.
Anchorage Assembly has allowed Uber Alaska to come into taxi market
Anchorage Assembly has allowed Uber Alaska on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at a vote of 8-3 to come into the Anchorage taxi market. Before this illegal cease and desist order can be lifted. They have sign a method of understanding with transportation inspector and city attorney. You need to make sure no one from the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Association is there. Remember this group wants to keep the quality of taxis down since they want to defend their no valued taxi permits that do not belong to them. Remember that competition makes an industry better.

Alaska Congressman Don Young or US Senator Lisa Murkowski Mark Begich is coming for you in 2016
Recently in 2014 Midterm Election Mark Begich was defeated by a former Attorney General Dan Sullivan who is more native than he was. Now the Campaign of 2016 has begun. Mark Begich is looking to return to either to congress and face Don Young which in 2007 he was recommended to run against instead of Ted Stevens. He could go after Lisa Murkowski. Either way the Alaska Bush will be divided and the race will be a toss up the minute he enters the race. Alaska will have to get used to big numbers in the race for federal and statewide offices.

Spokane would be the perfect place for the Oakland Raiders to move to
Hey Oakland Raiders time to ask the Washington Redskins if you can do a name swap then have meetings with the Spokane Chamber of Commerce. Spokane has been known as a sports town and is about the same size as Pittsburgh in its city limits. It is larger than Green Bay which of course borrows from Milwaukee to justify a sports franchise in the city. It is the same size as Salt Lake City it has an NBA team. Washington State is the only progressive state without an income tax. Spokane area fans would stretch into Canada, Idaho and Montana. Joe Albi Stadium the perfect place for an NFL team. Oakland Raiders would need to change their name to the Spokane Redskins which would be an AFC West team you image when NFC West team the Seattle Seahawks play these guys you could have the Battle of Washington State. Spokane is most friendliest place to have the name Redskins. If someone demonstrates against the name they will be met with a fan with a gun same go home you idiot.
Time for Redskins and the Raiders to swap names
Since we have a name problem with the Washington Redskins let solve this since the Oakland Raiders can not get local financing and the San Francisco 49ers do not want to share their stadium with their AFC neighbor. Moving the team south will not help matter considering that the Los Angeles area would not help with a stadium unless they want to share it with the Lakers. San Antonio is not a great climate for an AFC team. Let's move the name the Raiders to DC. They can become the Washington Raiders an NFC East team then we move the Oakland Raiders north to Portland or Spokane or Anchorage. Spokane Redskins would be a perfect place for an NFL team with a perfect name. Spokane will embrace and tell any biggots to leave. If this team chooses Anchorage they would have to change it to the Anchorage Braves the Redskins name could cause a problem their with the local Alaskan native culture they could also become the Alaska Nanooks. Green Bay will not have the coldest stadium anymore that is for sure.
By 2016 Recreational marijuana will be available in Alaska, Oregon and DC
Recently voters in Alaska, Oregon and DC have approved the use of recreational marijuana. Does this means that the federal building will smell of Mary Jane which I think some congressional senate and white house offices do anyways. I believe the states that are next are going to be Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Even the NFL has relaxed the usage of marijuana with their players as long they do not do it during season. NW stoner nation will soon go as far north as Barrow, Alaska to as far south as Medford, Oregon. I guess as long you have twelve ounces it is legal in Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and DC. Smoke up and enjoy your freedom. Alaska's law is more like Washington's where each community will have the ability to decide if they want marijuana retailers in their jurisdictions. Oregon's will be more like Colorado's where it is a free for all with no restrictions. Alaska also added a provision if the tribal council or elders decide to allow the practice they can. This is a native Alaskan village which has no city government governing the village.
Anchorage Taxicab Permits are not considered property
Jim Brennan who on Friday, November 14th, 2014 wrote an opinion piece which had no truth to back up his claims. First of all in order for taxicab permits to be property. Each permit must pay property tax. Since they do not this throw this idea out the window. This idea was already tried in 1980 in Spokane with no success I might add. Spokane City Council passed title 10 which cab drivers have been able to be owners of a permit. He represents at a very discounted rate since he was a failed city attorney during the Mark Begich administration the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Owner association. These permits are actually worth nothing they are over inflated. They lied in 2008 saying Uber is unsafe. That is not true and they do not want competition. They want to keep the quality of taxicab service in Anchorage. Anchorage customers have been waiting since 2001 for quality cab service. Is thirteen years long enough to wait. We have three bills currently in the Anchorage Assembly waiting for the Assembly to vote on. The mayor supports free enterprise and need to remove the unlawful cease and desist order that was unjustly done. He knocked on the door of Eric Musser after he corrupted him to do a cease and desist order. He was lucky the mayor was too busy wanting to be Lt Governor too take notice here. Jim if you believe each taxicab permit has value then provide a municipal property tax bill to prove it. Make your permit holders pay $1500 a year for each year the municipality they have owned the permit. Remember also most operator do not own their permits. Uber Alaska provides competition. Please admit that your permit have no value or show a municipal property tax bill.

Uber Alaska is very successful despite Municipality of Anchorage ceast and desist order
Uber Alaska is performing very successfully despite a cease and desist order by the Municipality of Anchorage. Uber Alaska has been paying their drivers about $2o an hour they can only drive 10 hours a day 4 days a week due to a Alaska employee contract law without paying overtime. They are also able to keep the tips on their trips. They are also providing great customer service.

We need to start drilling in the Chukchi Sea now for American Energy Independence
Since we have over 4 billion barrels of oil in the Chukchi Sea we need to start drilling for American energy independence. The environmentalist with their out of state resumes need to get out of the way take their anti American agenda leave Alaska immediately. Courts need to dismiss these lawsuits the minute they come in. We need to develop Alaska's resource be energy independent stop depending on Saudi oil. Remember environmentalist support ISIS want to continue to wreck the American economy and want to keep us a welfare state. They also want Alaska to become a national park. They have hired a local Alaska to do their bidding his name is Forrest Gump Dunbar a Cordova native who believes in the Nancy Pelosi agenda of Alaska National Park. Be sure to vote for Don Young to make sure that does not happen. He was handpicked by Nancy Pelosi.
