Here is an idea why not have transit hubs all over Anchorage

Today, March 31, 2014 Andrew Halcro published an article about that you should keep the Downtown Transit Center.  Andrew has a point in this one.  Lets have four great transit hubs instead of one big one.  We have the Downtown hub at 6th and H Street at night we could have cabs park around waiting for fares.  In front of Loussac Library at 36th Avenue and Denali Street people can check out at the library while waiting for the bus.  Then in East Anchorage we could use the property already owned the Municipality and the State owned Muldoon Mall.  We could also issue an eviction order for the Taco Bell, Ding How and Sushi spot at 12th and Muldoon this will eliminate the illegal homeless camp plus to the south they will have the park that nobody in Muldoon wants.  You also have a great Dimond hub at the Dimond Center.  Lets have great transit hubs for Anchorage People Mover with land we already have Midtown, Downtown, East Anchorage and Dimond.  Instead just one place or three why not four places.  This also could increase transportation options for Tikatknu Commons in NE Anchorage and could be bring more transit options to this growing NE Anchorage shopping center.  Update last week on Thursday, March 19th, 2015 when I was displaying a Coffey for Anchorage  towards traffic so people could see it since it got destroyed in a recent wind storm.  Actually I had to lean it a certain way unlike the Trust Halcro one that put towards the bushes.  I saw a surveyor for put an eviction order for Sushi Spot and the Chinese restaurant to possibly with a venture for Anchorage People Mover transit station in East Anchorage.  Keep the Taco Bell this keeps the teenagers happy. 

Hey Skykomish and Baring residents are you tired of being represented by an ignored King County Council

You know when Snohomish County was created in 1861 they forgot to lobby for the Skykomish and Baring areas at the time.  This area has been in King County since 1853.  It is time we correct this mistake.  You need to lobby the state legislature to correct this and petition to become part of Snohomish County this will be better for you.  Unless the Socialist King County Council wants to dedicate parkland the Socialist in Seattle ignore you.  The Snohomish County Council would be more friendly to you.  You guys are in the same legislative district as Monroe and the rest of the Skykomish Valley why not be in the same county.  King County will not miss you they do not care about you now.  Please mention you want to be part of Snohomish County and King County ignores you.  Lets correct this map mistake and put you in Snohomish County.

Oso mudslide disaster the worst mudslide in Washington State history in 100 years

A week ago on March 20, 2014 the landslide happened at the unincorporated community of Oso.  This is the worst mudslide in modern Washington State history.  The last landslide that was tragic destroyed a small town of Wellington in King County in 1910.  This town was no longer exists and declared vacant in 1929 when the Cascade Tunnel was built on US Highway 2 as a scenic way to get from Everett to Wenatchee.  Please continue to pray for the victims of this tragedy because this could happen to any Washington community.  Most of Washington State is built on hills that includes Washington State's largest city Seattle.  Many Puget Sound communities were built on the San Francisco model of straight up straight down concept that defines Olympia, Tacoma, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Whidbey Island, Everett and Seattle.  Even Spokane was built on hills.  The most famous there is a slope separating South Spokane from the remaining parts of the city.  I used to live close to Freya Hill which is a great hill for exercising.  Portland area is close to hills.  Many Central Washington communities especially towns in Chelan County are built near hills on US Highway 2 and 97 between Wenatchee and Chelan.  Not only in Washington State you have to worry about earthquakes but landslides.  Watch out the Washington State legislature may pass legislation regulating development on rural hillsides due to this.  I would only support this if they include urban hillsides too. 

Anchorage Mayor Sullivan did the right thing by vetoing Muldoon Park

Today, March 18, 2014 Anchorage Mayor Dan Sullivan listened to the real residents of East Anchorage who do not want a park in Muldoon.  Muldoon Park Strip at the old Alaska Greenhouse location would be a cover for an illegal homeless camp for the illegal panhandling at 12th and Muldoon.  Please tell the Anchorage Assembly not to override the mayors veto because the people who attend the NE Anchorage Communist Council do not represent what people in East Anchorage want.  Kudos to the mayor for veto this project because the Muldoon Park would be better at Debarr and Muldoon not the Alaska Greenhouse location.

GOP needs to respect the gay rights movement

You know Republicans we need to start respecting the Gay Rights movement and waive the white flag on this issue.  If a gay person wants to marry they have that right have wedding cake and have a marriage ceremony they have that right as a American.  You can have personal views on the subject all you want but if you want remain elected then you need to support gay rights.  The gay lobby needs to respect a business when they say I am not going to make a cake on religious grounds like Sweet Cakes by Melissa and take there business someplace else.  In America we also have the right not refuse service on religious grounds.  We have an amendment called the first amendment called the freedom of expression and freedom of religion.  But most liberals and Americans for Communist Lunatics Union do not care about that.

Did you ever wanted to know what you would be like as the opposite sex?

 Here are two picture the top picture is what I actually looked at age 13 and how I would had looked like as a female around the same age.  I have been asked by friends to an article like this.  Have you always wondered what it would be like if you born of the opposite gender than you were.  Everybody has that fantasy then reality sets in and you except the gender you are born in.  Then there is the transgendered population who decide that body modification is make the outside look the way you feel on the inside.  I have another name for this group called the fake males and fake females because if done completely you do not fully function as the other gender.  There are even Childrens Hospitals with gender identity clinic and in some case children are allowed to delay their natural puberty then have puberty of the opposite sex as a result. 

This picture the girl on the left was biological born a male through child manipulation she was able to take female hormones and physically look like a female while still has a complete sex of male genitals.  Unless you know the truth about that girl you would not know that.  Allowing a child to go through puberty of the opposite gender is body modification in a way is child abuse.  This is the child dictating to the parent instead of dealing with a real issue of bullying and address the issue.  The way to combat that is to toughen the kid instead of body modification.  They also say if the child does not do this it leads to suicide of child.  That is baloney.  The transgendered need to except the fact you were born a certain way and deal with it.  You body modify yourself you do not allow yourself to natural reproduce you are a permanent eunuch.  The exception to this is the intersex where the person who be able to choose their gender or if the person has Swyer Syndrome other than that.  Even you choose the other sex you are physically built as a male or a female and when you die you will still considered that.  The transgendered need to except their original sex and deal with it.  This article for the purpose of stopping and preventing transgendered operations.  To save people from making a bad mistake of being the sex you were not born as.  It is okay to play dress act as the opposite sex and play drag but do not modify yourself that is going against god's plan.  Born Female stay female.  Born male stay male. 

You need to have two new MDA ambassadors

MDA you need two new ambassadors for your national telephone.  The teen ambassador could be Sidney Sterling who has muscular dystrophy she is a cheerleader for Miami Palmetto High School.  The preschool ambassador should be Ali Messer the daughter of Teen Mom Leah Messer.  Leah Messer could also help host the event bring the MDA telethon great publicity.

Meet the newest McDonald's employee coming to a Golden Arches near you

Since recently McDonald's has announced that it will layoff staff nationwide so it can pay its workers $15 an hour to start.  Later this year this machine will make an appearance in the McDonald's in SeaTac, Seattle, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Minneapolis and New York City then within three years nationwide.  Since by 2018 all McDonald's starting workers will be making a minimum of $15 an hour.  The prices of your Quarter Pounder and Big Mac has just doubled.  McDonald's figure this automated employee will save the company millions over the long term.  However, I have one question if I use this automated service can I request no cheese add bacon to mine if not then McDonald's will not get my business.  This would be really bad in Cleveland because McDonald's was responsible for rescue of three kidnapped girls in Cleveland last year have been held for over a decade.  I do not think Charles Ramsey would talk to a machine if he could not get his Big Mac please Green Teenager Barista Crime Fighter would have a hard time virtually getting digital when she appeared as a McDonald's attendant last year to help Charles free those women. 

Most Alaskans support Pebble Mine project and want outside interest to get out of state

Hey outside environmentalist, Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell, Mark Begich and other Alaska Democrats who do not believe in the 10th amendment of US Constitution.  When Alaska entered the union on January 3, 1959 Alaska was given the authority to develop there resources as they see fit.  However liberal environmental special interest group and Alaska Democrats want us to continue to import oil which is a very expensive proposition they also support us spending money to terrorist supporting regimes instead of allowing America to develop its resources.  Alaska Democrats when they had there Alaska State Bipartisan Coalition is responsible for why Alaska gas prices stayed higher and never went down they no investment when Governor Parnell and Alaska State Senate decided that we need to move Alaska forward.  They also believe that you should not develop Pebble Mine when majority of Alaskans support it.  Alaska needs to evict these liberal environmental special interest and tell Mark Begich, Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell to support Alaska's development of their resources or be replaced in the next election with ones that will support developing Alaska's resources.  Remember the Alaska Center for the Environment believes we should continue to depend on the investment of foreign oil.

It is time to Control Alt Delete Daylight Savings Time in the United States.  Four states Arizona, Indiana, Hawaii and Vermont do not celebrate daylight savings time in the United States.  This was an act passed by a Democrat House and Senate back in 1971 as a way to save energy and was signed by Richard Nixon a liberal Republican president.  We need to eliminate this because most Americans hate this switching the clocks back and forward.  Less eliminate idea if not maybe when Rand Paul hopefully becomes president maybe he will sign an executive order eliminating this practice.  Only 46 states participate in this stupid ritual twice a year exercise and most Americans hate it.  Please tell your state legislature stop this idiotic practice. 

Alaska Democrats and some Alaska's want to slow growth of economy by having a higher minimum wage

Here is the truth about when you raise the minimum wage you actually kill jobs and lower the economic growth.  Raising the minimum from $7.75 to $9.75 an hour by 2016.  Here is what really happens you prevent business from growing.  People say you give people more pay.  Here is what really happens since it hurts small businesses the most.  The majority of the cost of any business is labor.  If your labor cost go you could either raise prices to keep your employee or lay off the employees or scale back their hours.  This would require the employee to find another job so they can make a living.  Do to the wage going up prices go up right along with it.  The better idea is to eliminate the minimum wage let the market set what a persons talent is worth.  Most employers pay higher than the minimum wage in order to keep the eliminate.  In Alaska the minimum wage maybe $7.75 in order to keep the worker you have pay the worker at $11 an hour.  Please defeat this is a jobs killer on the August 19th primary.

Anchorage Assembly have neighborhood plan for liquors for all of Anchoragepolis

Attention Anchorage Assembly.  I understand you are coming up with regional plans for liquor stores in the Mountain View and Fairview neighborhoods.  You should have regional plans for every neighborhood within Anchoragepolis.  Each community council should have input before a liquor store comes into a neighborhood.  If the majority of the community council and the neighborhood does not want the store in Anchoragepolis then the answer should be no.  Each liquor store that comes in should have a public hearing and if one is renewed then an assessment study should be done before the liquor store is renewed with a public hearing

Time to make killing a fetus a felony if pregnant woman is murdered or killed in Washington State

Hello Olympia for the common sense leaders in the State Senate and State House.  We need to make it so if you kill a fetus in a murder or a drunk driving accident you punishment equal to actual murder.  Currently Washington State Law only allow for murder charges to a fetus if it could have possibly live outside of the mother's womb.  Recently there is a current case in Pierce County where a prosecutor can not charge a drunk driver with killing a fetus because they can not prove if the child could live outside of the womb.  Attention Auburn State Senator Pam Roach and Spokane Valley state representative Matt Shea please propose legislation that would make killing a fetus as part of a murder or drunk driving accident a murder charge.  Even though we can not change or get this guy charged with murder of fetus.  We need to understand that a fetus is a citizen and need to give the fetus power by charging a person with murder if a fetus is killed along with the pregnant murder.  This piece of trash in Pierce County killed two people not one that day it was in a taxi in Pierce County.
