We need to require a pelvic exam to determine participation in female sports.  I know they may sound like a invasion of a girls privacy this is to make sure only genetic girls participate.  First of all the genitals have to look like this

In this pelvic exam unless the genetic female has had these organs surgically removed they must have these organs inside to pass the test of allowing the person to participate in female sports

 Plus after the age of 10 most girls chest start expanding naturally.  This can determine eligibility the male to female transition does not do that in fact later on the transition person has breathing problem because of the fact the rib cage does not expand like the genetic females do

Remember we must have fair competition in female sports by only allowing genetic females to compete.
