Planned Parenthood clinics in Spokane County will now offer there services to Idaho residents free of charge. This means that Spokane County residents may have to pay higher fees at their clinic to accommodate having to pay Idaho residents abortions. Since most clients pay on a sliding fee scale due to income. Most low income pay nothing this should not change how Spokane County residents are charged.
