He is the chair of the Anchorage Assembly who actually is really in charge of City Hall. Suzanne is the figure head who gets the paycheck. Truth is Chris Constant is the real mayor of Anchorage. His deputies are Daniel Volland, George Martinez, Karen Bronga, Kameron Perez-Verdia, Anna Brawley, Felix Rivera, Meg Zalatel and Zac Johnson.
