Earlier this month while on my business trip slash vacation. I visited Oldtown Portland where I saw 25 homeless people sleeping in doorway really close to a joke city agency called the Portland Development Commission. Ethan really wants to turn Anchorage into another Portland or Seattle. He is tired having to take a three to four hour flight to find crazy. His plan for Fairview is empty shops and making it the place where homeless can come to Anchorage sleep in the streets and call it home. His homeless coordinator is a joke.
In response to Chris Constant's piece in the Alaska Dispatch News about the pedestrian safety. Here is the truth about all of these accidents. Every one was the fault of the pedestrian since they were intoxicated had no sense of where they were walking on most cases. Drivers had very little reaction time. I really want to respond to the first death Phillip Chowok, Jr who was 41 who I went to high school with at Kodiak High School in the late 1980's and I have been a friend to him since then was evicted from the Black Angus Inn and had ran into traffic was a hit by a very experienced driver Shrepend Arapi which I was his dispatcher at Alaska Yellow Cab. He was driving tow truck he did not have time to react. The light at 15th and Gambell is not the problem plus neither is the light at 13th and Gambell. The real problem is the fact we have an Oaken Keg at 13th and Gambell at the smallest Carrs Grocery Store. If we have Carrs close the liquor store there you would solve most of this problem. His solution for Fairview is have them sleep in the doorway while the homeless coordinator throws them a roll of toilet paper. Chris and Fairview Community Council want something done go to the 8th floor bow down in front of Darth Berkowitz your mayor say your excellency can we have safe streets please.

This game is the first game on Sunday at 1:05pm at Mile High Stadium in Denver, Colorado. This is a repeat of the 2013 AFC Title Game. There is also a rivalry between Tom Brady vs Peyton Manning. Peyton has been at the losing end of most of the match ups starting in 2001 when he was a quarterback with the Colts.
My prediction since Mile High Stadium is very hard for opponents to win. I am going to predict the Denver Broncos will win against the New England Patriots will advance to Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara.
Cle Elum needs to have a place where people can enjoy community plays. Robert Michael Nevills the visionary behind this place before he passed away in December 2013. He visioned this place as a place where people would enjoy local performances. Currently the Upper Kittitas County arts have been using a venue in Roslyn where is the same place. Mr Nevills would take his drama class from time to time to rehearse performances. We need to convince the landlords the City of Cle Elum and Cle Elum taxpayers to help fund a venture to pay to help restore this theatre back to the days when it opened in 1923. I am sure the Farm and Home across the street could donate or give a discount to the group the paint and hardware needed to make this happen. This place could once again make welcome a community become the center of the community once again like it was in 1923. This 93 year old building can have life put back in it.
Allowing transgender children in the opposite sex bathroom has lead to increase sexual assault in bathrooms. Many of us conservative warned lawmakers that these laws would increase sexual violence in bathrooms. You did not listen. You read Title 9 wrong which allowed transgender students to use the bathroom they identify with. Males who have male genitals must use the males bathroom same with females. Between 3rd grade and seniors there is this thing called puberty. If a genetic girl who identifies as a boy walks into a boy's bathroom. First of all most boys who do a number 1 stand up. A genetic boy can do that transgender boy can not. Then there is the chest issue. Usually after the age of age of nine genetic girls usually start to have two friends in front of them. Boys get attracted to that. Since laws prohibit cameras in bathrooms perfect place for a unreported rape to occur. Because it is a he said she said or vice versa. Boys will grab those things be cruel in that manner. Liberal response is child will not notice. Yes they will. That is why if you are born of that sex you use that bathroom period. God designed bodies not human scientist. Please end this idea you can use the bathroom you identify with that gender you use that bathroom. Boys use boys bathrooms and girls use girls bathroom. End of discussion. The pictures are first one is a genetic girl around the age of nine or ten. The second one is Nicole Maines a transgender female who is and will always be a boy. She will never bear children or have that monthly reminder like genetic girls. She has decided to not to listen to her male body which she will always have regardless. If they find her in skeleton like state she will be identified as male not female. She has no uterus, no vagina and ovaries. Please tell all transgender people you will use the bathroom you are assigned at birth that is what god made you.

First game is on Saturday, January 16th at 4:35pm EST at Foxborough where Alex Smith and the Chiefs will head to Massachusetts to face Tom Brady and the Patriots. Usually most teams go here they usually get sent to be defeated. I am predicting an upset and Kansas City advances to the Championship Game.
Final game will be Sunday, January 17th, 2016 at 2:40pm MST at Mile High Stadium in Denver. This field is similar to Foxborough very seldomly does a team come out of this stadium and win unless it is the home team. You also have the high altitude when this city is above 5000 feet above sea level. You have Ben Rothlesberger and Steelers coming to Denver to beat Peyton Manning and Broncos. My prediction is an upset where Denver will advance to the championship game. The reason the prediction has been reversed due to Pittsburgh Steeler's Antonio Brown out due to a concussion.
My prediction is that the AFC Championship Game will be in Kansas City. It will be Chiefs vs the Broncos.
Cardinals and Panthers had a week to rest.
I admit I do have a bias in this conference. I will favor the Seahawks in the final game
Here are the match ups
Saturday at 2:15pm MT in Glendale, Arizona the sight of Super Bowl 49 in the Superstitions you have Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay Packers taking on the Arizona Cardinals. My prediction is that the Arizona Cardinals will win this game hopefully play my team the Seattle Seahawks in a championship game that will get the Seahawks to the 3rd Super Bowl appearance in Santa Clara.
Final game will be at 1:05pm EST in Charlotte where the best quarterback Russell Wilson will take on Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. Every time since 2012 these teams matched up in the regular season the score was close. I expect this game to be close as well. I am predicting an upset Seahawks they go to the Superstitions where they will defeat their division rival the Cardinals and head to Santa Clara for Super 50 there third straight Super Bowl appearance.

Austin's music community has asked city leadership to rename Bowie Street after Rock and Roll Artist David Bowie Street. This will be taken up at the next city council meeting. Citizens in support of this resolution are asked to where shirts with the David Bowie. Please tell your city council you want this street renamed.
