Iowa Caucuses wide open for both political parties

Tomorrow contest the Iowa Caucuses will be wide open.  The winner is the voter who cast the ballot here decide would be the best choice.  In the GOP contest some people have said Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul could win.  Question who will be the real winner the Iowa voter who goes an breaks bread with their friends that who will win.  They may bring some gin to this event.  

In the Democrat contest we know the winner will not be Martin O'Malley the real question is how many socialist and people who want a higher cost of living show up if the Marxist show up then Bernie Sanders aka Freddie Munster will show up.  Members of the NAACP a group of bigots may also show up here.  

If Common  sense Democrats show up then Hillary Clinton wins this contest who really belongs in an orange jump suit not running for the presidency.  She still needs to tell us what really happened at Bengazi.  She is just brushing it off.  She is waiting for a surprise pardon from Barack Obama.

Carolina Panthers will be the next Super Bowl Champions

Here is why the Carolina Panthers will be the next Super Bowl champions.  There team is built the same way as the 2013 Seattle Seahawks.  Where the offense and defense both score.  Taken the last time the Denver Broncos showed up in the super bowl they got slaughtered.  I am predicting Carolina Panthers 50 and Denver Broncos 7.  I reason I am predicting this high is because this is what they have done all year long.  Denver has strengthen their defense since the 2013 season.  They still do not have a great offense.  Plus Peyton Manning is showing his age.  Prediction he will not play a full game and his apprentice Brock Osweiller will also play in the game.  Cam Newton will play a full game.  They will really start to capture at every turn.  The only game the Carolina Panthers was against the Atlanta Falcons which they forgot to show up.  Dan Quinn the current coach of Falcons his previous job as defensive coordinator for the Seahawks.  Ron Rivera was a member of the famous awesome 1985 Chicago Bears now Gary Kubiak was a backup quarterback to John Elway in the 1997 and 1998 Denver Broncos.  I saw Lombardi trophy goes to Charlotte not Denver. 

Muldoon Tax Service does not follow local laws in advertising

Yesterday Morning January 28, 2016.  I saw this tax business do advertising the east side of Muldoon between the Carrs entrance and Northern Lights Blvd.  They have displayed their advertising on a utility pole near the bus stop.  This is a complete violation of municipal law.  These poles belong to the utility company they are not billboards for people to advertise their personal stuff.  If a lineman has to climb a pole to restore service.  By having to remove these extra stuff that is against the law will cause a delayed response in restoring service.  They also have a poster attached to a state sign advertising their tax service.  The sign is located at says Northern Lights Boulevard.  It is below the sign.  Please do not patronize this business.  We can not have a professional tax service who has a disregard for the local and state laws and wants to do free advertising.  Hopefully the municipality and the state will be giving this business an expensive lesson in advertising by issuing them a fine or a ticket.  Illegal advertising does not pay.

After talking to the manager Lila she told me a local district office of H&R Block makes the decision where to advertise and where to hang them up.  Apparently forgot to look up the local laws of Anchorage, Alaska before hanging up advertisements.  I showed the places where they were hanged mentioned that one is owned by the State of Alaska and the other is a utility pole owned by the electric company.   They have remove the post on the State directional sign still have it on the telephone pole.  

Message to Anchorage developers want tax break for properties in Anchorage

Hey Anchorage developers want a tax break to develop your properties then fix them up for first and stop making them look like an eye soar.  Once your property has met the expectations then come to the Anchorage Assembly or the taxpayers see if you get a break.  Not get a tax break first.  That is like going somewhere paying for the service first then finding out the workmanship is crap.  Do the work first then seek payment from the taxpayer. 

Voters must approval any disolve of any special district in the State of Washington

Voters of Kittitas County voted to create a county wide parks and recreation district for the purpose of managing the county's parks in 2004 by ballot initative was fully established in 2005.  This was created for the purpose to allow more citizen involvement of managing county parks with the boundary of Kittitas County.  These parks are not in any incorporated city boundaries only within the incorporated areas of Kittitas County.  This also has made it easier for the board of commissioner to be able to concentrate on other areas of county operations such as county public works.  If the recommendation due to lack of voter confidence due to not being able to approve any voter approved levies.  Elected commissioners are required to meet to discuss this matter may only dissolve if the voters of Kittitas County approve it by over 50 percent.  If this is the direction the voters want to go then the management of the county parks go right back to the commissioner plate in accordance to the Revised Code of Washington.  Let's pray whatever decision this parks and recreation district takes will be in the best interest of Kittitas County.  Remember only the voters can do this not a board. 

Ethan Berkowitz's real vision of the Fairview Neighborhood in Anchorage

Earlier this month while on my business trip slash vacation.  I visited Oldtown Portland where I saw 25 homeless people sleeping in doorway really close to a joke city agency called the Portland Development Commission.  Ethan really wants to turn Anchorage into another Portland or Seattle.  He is tired having to take a three to four hour flight to find crazy.  His plan for Fairview is empty shops and making it the place where homeless can come to Anchorage sleep in the streets and call it home.  His homeless coordinator is a joke.  

In response to Chris Constant's piece in the Alaska Dispatch News about the pedestrian safety.  Here is the truth about all of these accidents.  Every one was the fault of the pedestrian since they were intoxicated had no sense of where they were walking on most cases.  Drivers had very little reaction time.  I really want to respond to the first death Phillip Chowok, Jr who was 41 who I went to high school with at Kodiak High School in the late 1980's and I have been a friend to him since then was evicted from the Black Angus Inn and had ran into traffic was a hit by a very experienced driver Shrepend Arapi which I was his dispatcher at Alaska Yellow Cab.  He was driving tow truck he did not have time to react.  The light at 15th and Gambell is not the problem plus neither is the light at 13th and Gambell.  The real problem is the fact we have an Oaken Keg at 13th and Gambell at the smallest Carrs Grocery Store.  If we have Carrs close the liquor store there you would solve most of this problem.  His solution for Fairview is have them sleep in the doorway while the homeless coordinator throws them a roll of toilet paper.  Chris and Fairview Community Council want something done go to the 8th floor bow down in front of Darth Berkowitz your mayor say your excellency can we have safe streets please.   

AFC Championship Title Game Prediction

Congratulations to the Patriots and Broncos advancing to the Title Game.

This game is the first game on Sunday at 1:05pm at Mile High Stadium in Denver, Colorado.  This is a repeat of the 2013 AFC Title Game.  There is also a rivalry between Tom Brady vs Peyton Manning.  Peyton has been at the losing end of most of the match ups starting in 2001 when he was a quarterback with the Colts. 

My prediction since Mile High Stadium is very hard for opponents to win.  I am going to predict the Denver Broncos will win against the New England Patriots will advance to Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara.
