Alaska kids are mourning the passing of Kotzebue's daughter Ashley by wearing the color purple. It is amazing a color usually associated with cancer is the dominate color in the state right now. I wonder how many girls who are about to born will be named Ashley in the next couple of weeks. We may have to check birth records. Ashley could also be a boys name too. Ashton could also see a rise in the male gender to honor this child. Alaska is praying for you and Samantha Koening is taking care of you as a little sister.
Ashley Kotzebue's daughter was killed by a jealous uncle Pete. Pete you denied her family the ability to enjoy future existing happiness of this child. As a child from the small town of Snoqualmie in Washington State back in the 1980's when it was a small town not the 13,000 people in population it is today. I know what it is like to lose someone who was a blessing to a small community. Kotzebue loved this child and you took that away. You will never harm her again she is in heaven now. She will always be loved by this town. You gave this town another reason to paint purple besides to honor cancer victims. Enjoy your jail cell Peter because everybody in Alaska thinks that is where you should be period. You belong behind bars. Enjoy your scenery because you were never see anything outside of that again.
Kotzebue City Council is seeing if it can do what native Alaskan villages and tribes can do to an individual that harms their daughter Ashley. They are looking to see if it can banish them from their community regardless of outcome of trial. They will also recommend if he has an native corporation shares if they can have them revoked from this individual given to the community or to Ashley's family. Please call the Kotzebue City Council ask them to banish him from their community so he does not harm another child or family member.
Yesterday, September 14, 2018 Kotzebue got the answer they did not want. Ashley's body was found east of town. To the person who did this. This town is vigilante and hopefully will banish you from the community. To Ashley's parents this blog's is in prayer and mourning with you. Ashley is now in heaven looking proud at the people of Kotzebue. Her life was not in vain. She enjoyed and in life she is forever 10. Her spirit will continue to live on. Samista will deliver justice her killer by pouring gallons of virtual Purple Panda flavor on his soul and spirit. Kotzebue you will get through this. You join two other communities that are very small and lost their children through murder one is McCleary in my home state of Washington and Tazlina north of Valdez east of Anchorage near the Copper River Valley.
