Could conservatives reclaim the Anchorage mayors office in 2021

Since the liberals will split the vote three different ways between Forrest Dunbar, Eric Croft and Dick Traini.  If a strong conservative runs could they recapture the mayors office in 2021.  That is possible if the conservatives unite behind one candidate.  We know we will have a runoff.

Alaska lost an education advocate

Yesterday, Alaska lost an education advocate who cared for Alaska public schools.  Bettye Davis who was a Democrat who believed that education is important to society.  Maybe a new education institution or a program in the Anchorage School District will be named in honor.  Many schoolchildren are greatful for her service.

Anchorage Schools closed til December 10th

Yesterday, December 2, 2018.  Dr Deena Bishop made for the safety of students and teachers to cancel school til Monday December 10th in all Anchorage School.  This will allow all facility staff to get the schools prepared for the students.  Students are enjoying an early winter break.

Alaska had an earthquake

Yesterday, November 30th, 2018 on 8:29am.  Alaska had a 7.1 earthquake.  Many aftershocks have happened.  Damaged happened on Vine Rd in Wasilla, Glenn Highway between Palmer and Anchorage.  Minnesota and International Airport Road on ramps.  Many stores lost things on shelves.  Eagle River suffered the most damaged.  Schools in the region will be closed til December 4th.

Amy Demboski will leave assembly for a Dunleavy cabinet appointment

Amy Demboski announced on her radio show that she will be leaving her assembly seat and has accepted the deputy chief of staff position in the Dunleavy administration.  People of Eagle River and Chugiak thank her for service.

Mush Inn owners need to provide pest control and healthy enviroment for their tenants

When a tenant rents a unit they do not enter into an agreement that they're unit would be infested.  Owner need to put the tenants in a hotel for a two week period at their own cost.  They need to fumigate the building to make sure it is pest free.  City inspectors need to approve the occupation before they are allowed to let tenants rent again.  Time to clean up your act Mush Inn owners.

People have spoken in Alaska Legislative District 15

People overwhelmingly voted for keep Gabrielle Ledoux in office and refuse to vote in the lies of the Alaska Republican chairman and his hired candidate Jake Sloan.  People in this district want a legislature that speaks there values not the values of a political party.  Gabby will continue to work for the people in Muldoon and JBER.
