Let's also do other things like give them an address make them property tax payers for instance. There is a homeless camp on the Chester Creek Trail near Arctic Blvd. Meg's solution let's put a portable toilet there. I have an idea let's give it an address like 724 W. Chester Creek Trailhead and send the camp a tax bill this way they pay property taxes. If you see a portable toilet on the trail in the future it is help future voters of Anchorage who want to keep the city filfthy. Remember the law says 72 hours to clear a homeless camp in Anchorage.
The real reason El Paso Walmart shooting was successful because Walmart has a blanket design for each type of there stores. He already knew the layout by studying his local Walmart near Plano in suburban Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He drove 880 miles to El Paso to commit this racist act down Interstate 20 then Interstate 10. He also had mental issues and racist motive against Mexicans. Donald Trump had nothing to do with this shooting. Gun control would have not prevented this shooting.
