Let the US Government shutdown let DOGE go to work

 

Let's not blame or point fingers at any political party.  Truth is let the government let DOGE go to work.  As Donald Trump, Elon Musk has proven with the Department of Government Efficiency in discovering waste fraud and abuse.  If it not funded we do not need it.  

Washington State needs to be like Nevada have none of the Above as a choice for elections

 We have some municipal and legislative races where the candidates are a difference between tweedle dee and tweedle dum.  Seattle's mayor race is a great between Bruce Harrell and his challenger Katie Wilson the difference is Bruce will at least keep the city towards common sense and Katie will put Seattle towards the crazy direction.  Many school board races are in this direction.  Having the choice of none of the above if they get more votes then a special election is conducted in 30 days excluding the previous candidates.  This what they do in Nevada even in partisan races you have special elections this year for state legislature like in Districts 33 and 48 where you have two Democrats running each other.  This would increase participation in local elections

Expect Tsunami Warnings in Coastal Alaska due to aftershocks from the Kamchatka Peninsula Quake

 Since July 29th, 2025 when a Tsunami happened near the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia this will continue to produce Tsunami Warnings in Coastal Alaska.  Places like the Aleutian Islands, Sand Point, Alaska Peninsula, Southern Kenai Peninsula, Kodiak Island and Prince William Sound.  

 

Historically the last major quake to hit South Central Alaska was March 27, 1964 which was 9.2 near Seward which caused damaged in Valdez, Seward and in Anchorage.

My friends in Coastal Alaska continue to be prepared for Tsunami Warnings for the next three years from the Aftershocks will continue 

CHARLIE KIRK KILLED BY A COWARD AT A UTAH UNIVERSITY

 Charlie Kirk a youthful activist who inspired college students to have faith in their destiny was killed by a coward at Utah State University in Orem in Utah County south of Salt Lake City.  This killing happened according to the local CBS station around 12:02 am MDT This coward is still at large who I believe know the area and the terrain of the area.  I will get in the head of the suspect in a future blog post today.  Please continue to pray for the Kirk family who was just educating voters.  Charlie reminds me of a younger me when I traveled my home state of Washington in the mid 1990's bringing common sense mainly from Spokane from 1994 to 1997.  The last year worked at a Public Relations firm in Spokane and consulting conservatives throughout the state especially in 1994, 1996, 1997 in 1998 and 1999 online from my new home in Alaska which I believe I would return to Washington State within approximately five years.  

Spokane County Planned Parenthood Clinic will offer free abortions for Idaho residents

 Recently the Supreme Court ruled that States may no longer fund abortions as part of medical care.  Planned Parenthood can no longer bill Idaho Medicaid for Idaho resident abortions.  Planned Parenthood clinics in Spokane County will now offer there services to Idaho residents free of charge.  This means that Spokane County residents may have to pay higher fees at their clinic to accommodate having to pay Idaho residents abortions.  Since most clients pay on a sliding fee scale due to income.  Most low income pay nothing this should not change how Spokane County residents are charged.  

It is time that regional Alaskan native Corporations pay their fair share for Rural Alaska education

 Most of the Alaska Native Regional Corporations cover rural Alaska.  Since most of rural Alaska is not in a borough.  This makes it so the state has foot the for rural education.  It is time these 501 3c Regional Alaska Native Corporations start paying to educate children in rural areas.  This will save taxpayers money.  Remember most of the lobbyist of these native corporations do not represent the shareholders in these area who want a full permanent fund dividend.  These keep electing these native big wigs and some like Lyman Hoffman and Bryce Edgmon end up as lawmakers.  

School Districts in America must give the copies of the lesson plans for students in public schools

 Recently the US Supreme Court has ruled if the parent request copies of school lesson plans.  The school district must provide it upon request.  They also can demand that lesson plans be changed if the majority of parents object to the lesson plans.  This ruling actually makes it so parents are in charge of the school district not education association.
