Citizens are allowed to gather signatures at any public place in Washington State

 Citizens are allowed to gather signatures for any public issue.  They can not aggressively make a citizen sign a petition.  No store personnel is allowed to ask these signature gatherers to leave.  They have to provide a space for them to gather signature that is not in the way of their operations. Unless the signature gatherer is being aggressive to the customers.  They do not have to provide a table for the signature gathers or a chair.  The petitioners need to provide those items on their own.  

 

If a citizen attempts to obstruct the process of this signature gathering such as ripping up petitions and crossing out signatures they can be subject to arrest and possibly fined for disorderly conduct.  It is considered a felony charge.  Sometimes prosecutors will drop these charge if the violators agrees to never perform the act again.   

 

 

We need to repeal all plastic bag bans nationwide

 The reason we need to repeal all plastic bag bans.  It actually harms the environment by banning these items then allow grocery stores to charge up to about 10 cents a bag.  This only benefits the store does not help the community benefit a charity.  Now the Washington State Legislature is considering raising it to 12 cents a bag now.  It cost more to make a paper bag then a plastic bag.  Please demand your municipality repeal there plastic bag ban.

This guy should have received more time for the crime he committed here.  He has already served one year already this is why he is expected to face parole in 2028.  I guess when you can afford big time attorney just like O.J.Simpson getting away with murder and NFL already had him in the hall of fame refused to remove his name from the hall.  Good news try searching this scum on You Tube and Spotify and his songs do not come up just like Bill Cosby.  I guess the prisoners at this federal prison will enjoy a free concert.  His songs sucked anyway.  

South Kitsap County and Key Peninsula deserve a State Senator that listens to them

 Michelle has represented this district in the house since 2015.  Voters have continued to elect her as their represented this district.  She has brought common sense since her election.  Michelle listens to you.  She will continue to bring less government and less regulations to your area.  Michelle cost your area less.  Please advance her to the job in the special election this November.  

Filming Law Enforcement during an arrest of a citizen

 You are allowed to film law enforcement conduct an arrest of a citizen as long as you are not interfering with the arrest of the suspect.  Plus these videos are necessary just in case the law enforcement gets out of hand.  Plus news organizations and bloggers could publish that footage to show what really happened.  The law enforcement agency by most laws must film the arrest in most jurisdictions.  The cop has body cam, Cops have dash cams which are required to be on while the officer is on shift.  Each arrest is reviewed by a review board that is independent of the police department.  

Let the US Government shutdown let DOGE go to work

 

Let's not blame or point fingers at any political party.  Truth is let the government let DOGE go to work.  As Donald Trump, Elon Musk has proven with the Department of Government Efficiency in discovering waste fraud and abuse.  If it not funded we do not need it.  

Washington State needs to be like Nevada have none of the Above as a choice for elections

 We have some municipal and legislative races where the candidates are a difference between tweedle dee and tweedle dum.  Seattle's mayor race is a great between Bruce Harrell and his challenger Katie Wilson the difference is Bruce will at least keep the city towards common sense and Katie will put Seattle towards the crazy direction.  Many school board races are in this direction.  Having the choice of none of the above if they get more votes then a special election is conducted in 30 days excluding the previous candidates.  This what they do in Nevada even in partisan races you have special elections this year for state legislature like in Districts 33 and 48 where you have two Democrats running each other.  This would increase participation in local elections
