Hey Washington State Counties the State is not responsible for funding your county fair

Hey Washington State Counties the state is not your county fair. You should fund your own fair. If a small county can not fund their own county fair then combine with another county have regional fairs or have it combined with a city festival. King County could have theirs combined with an Enumclaw festival. Who says each county has to have it's own fair.
