Spokane 8th man wants to warn the citizens of Spokane of clowns on the City Council.  They perform their scary acts of taking your liberty away each week.  They continue to waste your tax dollars.  The only remedy against this bunch of clowns is the members of Spokane 8th man to counter these clowns.  Every Monday they perform their acts of terror to its citizens through costly ordinances.
