Alaska tribes and corporations should help pay for Anchorage's chronic drunk problem

Since most of the Community Service Patrol calls are having to do with Alaskan natives.  The Alaska Native Tribes and Corporations should help the Anchorage Municipal pay or expand the Community Service Patrol squads.  This will allow the Anchorage Fire and Police Departments to pay attention to other citizens instead of dealing with chronic drunks all day long.  Repeat offenders should be fined to help absorb the cost of services rendered.

Spokane's 8th Man is voice of the people

Spokane's 8th man is the voice of the people of Spokane against the Spokane City Council tyrants.  Twenty years ago during the Riverpark Square debate I was a member of Spokane's notorious gang of nine.  This is a movement that does not represent one individual.  These are people that are tired of tyrants on the city council creating more traffic congestion, squashing dissenting views and making this city a sanctuary city.  Every Monday come to city hall support the 8th man.  Show Ben Stuckart and the city council who is boss.

Wage increase will effect very few Alaskans

Since most employers in Alaska hire Alaskans over $10 hours an hour.  This only effects workers who are currently paid under $8.75 an hour.  This is only 10 percent of workers.  It does not effect independent contracted workers even if paid hourly.  Most Alaskan workers make more $10 an hour.  Price may increase soon to compensate to pay workers.

Those over 21 can smoke recreational marijuana in Alaska

Starting February 24, 2014 Alaskans can smoke recreational marijuana at their own residence.  They may not smoke in public.  You must be over 21 years of age to do it.  You can not buy marijuana in retail stores that will not happen til about 2016.  If you do smoke you might want have munches on hand.  When you smoke pot you get the munches.  Anchorage Police will be handing out Doritos at Fur Rondy explaining the law.  You may still get fired if you test positive for marijuana use.

Uber Alaska drivers only work 40 hours a week no more than that

Since the Municipality of Anchorage has not allowed Uber Alaska to practice business like Anchorage Checker Cab and Alaska Yellow Cab.  Uber Alaska drivers are only driving 4 days a week 10 hours a day due to modified agreement employers are allowed to make without paying overtime by Alaska state law.  Some drivers are being 8 hours a day for five days a week.  Uber drivers have more choice where most Anchorage cab drivers have to work 12 hours and work 7 days a week in order to pay lease.  This is a slave labor they also use an Independent contract loophole which Uber Alaska will be using.  Uber will not allow people to use their car more than 10 hours a day.  They will also pay a subscriber fee this is same is what dispatch companies charge a car which is stand rent this is same thing.  Anchorage Taxicab Permit Owner do not like the fact taxi drivers have another outlet to drivers.  This is what Anchorage Checker Cab and Alaska Yellow Cab really object to so they continue to provide lousy service and continue to not provide customer service to their customers from their employees.

Fair competition is better for Anchorage taxi fleet

Fair competition is better for Anchorage taxi's.  Jim Brennan back in January 2015 told the court that the Anchorage assembly recent action back in November of 2014 was unconstitutional was not correct.  Allow Uber to practice their pickup as long they follow some of the regulations will make the Anchorage taxi market better.  Competition will make the taxi market better.  Not having to pay over 100 grand for a taxi cab permit will make it more competitive.  Taxi permits should be an administrative since the taxi permit do not own their permits.  You can not claim something you pay rent to.  Remember these permits are actually owned by the Municipality of Anchorage not the permit owners.  That would like a renter saying I own my apartment unless you like in a condo or a trailer in trailer park.  Remember the taxi cab permit owners are nothing more than operators not owners.  When this issue goes in front of the Anchorage Assembly lets listen to the truth.  This assembly listen to truth not lies constantly told by members of Anchorage Permit Owners Association.

Jaylen Friberg has serious mental health issues which caused Marysville-Pilchuck shooting

Jaylen Friberg before he killed his former girl friend and his other friends at a table at the Marysville-Pilchuck High School back in October of 2014.  He had some serious mental health issues.  Washington State has abandoned the ability for families to commit their family members if they are harmful to others or themselves since the 1970's.  Unless a tragedy happens then confinement can not occur.  We need to require the legislature to make people safe not taking law abiding citizens guns away.  This tragedy help the socialist continue to hire the crime wave in Washington State when the voters passed Initiative 594 they were not educated on the 2nd Amendment of the constitution which gives a person the right to defend themselves.
