Zack Fields needs to not seek reelection in 2022

Zack your comments against Sara Rasmussen are unprofessional conduct.  Last four years two legislatures made inappropriate comments to staffers were forced to resign.  I think that is too good for you.  People in Downtown Anchorage need a representative who does not want to tax them.  You need to not seek reelection in 2022.  Your seat will always be a safe Democrat seat.  You may have apologized to Sara Rasmussen however you are lucky her family members were not there.  I think her grandpa Don Smith would had knocked your block off.  You need to start listening to your district and vote to stop taxing them.

USA Gymnastics Coach has decided to take the cowards way out

One of USA Gymnastics coach who was with Larry Nassar John Geddert decided instead of serving his jail sentence.  He decided to take the cowards way out by killing himself outside of a rest area near Lansing near Interstate 96

                             John Geddert

This is a bad deal because the victims of USA Gymnastics are now denied justice.

Please pray for Alaska Governor while he is recovering from COVID-19

Alaska no matter how you feel about Alaska's chief executive.  Please pray that he recovers from COVID-19 because he is the not the only lawmaker that has caught this virus.  Austin Quinn-Davidson, Anchorage's acting mayor had the virus and recovered and so did many Alaska state legislatures and Congressman Don Young.  They have recovered smoothly.  Alaskans let's pray together for safe recovery for Governor Dunleavy.

Alaska Governor needs to apologize to Eagle River-Chugiak State Senator

Seems like this Alaska Governor refuses to understand that Lora Reinbold presents facts and refuses to give into tyranny.  You also do not understand that you do get Chugiak-Eagle River women mad when they get mad they will strike and strike hard.  As a supporter of both Lora and you.  You seem to forgotten the people that elected you.  You need to understand you need to start using the powers in the Alaska Constitution to benefit of all Alaskans which is what Lora is reminding you to do.  You could demand the house organize you refuse to do so.  You could veto items equal to what the PFD would be to fit in a budget item.

Here is a link the latest article describing Eagle River-Chugiak women in politicshttp://swensonfamilymember.blogspot.com/2021/01/do-not-mess-with-women-from-eagle-river.html

Update here is Lora Reinbold's report in response to the letter you wrote that you need to apologize for.  https://www.facebook.com/mustreadalaska/videos/4436611063032306

Godfather of conservative talk radio Rush Limbaugh died on February 17th, 2021

Rush Hudson Limbaugh was born on January 12, 1951 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and died in Palm Beach, Florida on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at age of 70.   He had a radio career that started in McKeesport, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh in 1971.  He had a 50 year old radio career which he had to restart many times in many places like in his home state of Missouri and was relaunched in 1984 as a talk radio host in Sacramento and then a big radio producer and the owner of WABC radio had offered him at contract then he went national.  I first started listened listening to him off and on started on KPQ while on vacation from Wenatchee in August 1995 and started listening to him at Newstalk KGA 1510 in Spokane and listen to off and on on various radio stations through out the nation mostly through the Pacific Northwest my computer and my phone off an on.  He helped allow many local talk radio host and mentored other national talk radio host.  Rest in Peace because you have helped bring common sense to the nation.  You also kept the small town values like where the philosophy of this blog comes from which is from my roots in the Snoqualmie Valley and Upper Kittitas Valley.

It is time to replace Anchorage's Police Chief with a Constitutional elected sheriff

With the police chief deciding to retire from the Anchorage Police Department in June.  Acting Mayor Austin Quinn-Davidson will appoint an Interim chief.  Then the new mayor who ever that person is will appoint the next police chief.

I have an idea why not elect the next person in charge of the Anchorage Police Department.  Here is how that can be done.  One it requires the applicant living in the Greater Anchorage Bureau.  It also takes the police out of the politics of administrations and the assembly.  It also makes the person in charge the Anchorage Police Department accountable to the people.  A Sheriff is responsible to uphold the constitution not someone's agenda.  This position would share the same election cycle as the mayor.  Let's put this proposal on the 2022 Municipal election ballot.

If this idea passes the next police chief contract would expire on July 1, 2024 and if the current police chief wants to remain in charge they must run for a three year term that is elected by the voters.

Now to enter Nevada's largest city the same way you enter Alaska's largest city

To enter Nevada largest city you have to go through an airport using a legendary US Senators name.  They have now renamed Las Vegas's Airport the Harry Reid Las Vegas International Airport.

To have fun in Las Vegas.

In 1999 Alaska decided to rename its largest Airport after this guy Ted Stevens who gave a lot of projects to the state.

To see Alaska and Anchorage

It is great that you enjoy Vegas the way people enjoy Alaska.

Utah it is time to vote out Mitt Romney in 2024 in representing you in the US Senate

Utah this carpetbagger from Massachusetts has been a disappointment to you.  He has not voted your values.  He has also used his faith to justify his votes against Donald Trump.  The truth is he has not like Donald Trump.  He did something you could not do that is become president.  He promoted a lot of your ideas while in office such as education money goes with the kid something you suggested on the campaign trail.  It is time Utah to dump this guy in the Republican primary in 2024 like you did in 2010 when you choose Mike Lee over Bob Bennett.  Utah you can do this again.

Alaska in 2022 it is time to vote out Lisa Murkowski to represent Alaska in the US Senate

Lisa Murkowski voted to not allow Donald Trump to run again.  She was one of the 7 Republicans who voted to impeach.  You know Trump was the only president to support the economic freedom of Alaskans.  She does not represent Alaska.  Remember in 2003 Frank her father appointed her to the US Senate to get her out of the way to allow the oil industry to have less taxes in Alaska.  Lisa actually opposes oil development of Alaska.  It is time to send Lisa Murkowski packing.  Thanks to the passage of Alaska Proposition 2 she has get 5th place not advance the primary.  Remember in 2022 vote her out.

TRUMP ACQUITTED FROM IMPEACHMENT AGAIN

Donald Trump was acquitted from the US Senate since it requires 67 votes to impeach a president or in this case prevent him from running again.  Only 7 Republicans joined Democrats in not running Donald Trump to run again.  Sorry he can run again.  America can not wait til Donald Trump runs for office and wins again in 2024.

Anchorage Mask Mandate as an Ordinance

Next Tuesday, February 9th, the Anchorage Assembly will be taking up issue of putting Anchorage Emergency Order 13 into ordinance no 2021-13

This ordinance is sponsored by Meg Zaletel, Suzanne LaFrance and Acting Vice Chair John Weddleton.

Let's examine both sides of this debate

Let's start with the no side.  Those who believe putting on mask is against their rights as a human being.  This prevents them from exercising their freedom to go to places.  Let me tell you when I am outside I see no reason to put on a mask because it fogs peoples glasses and a face shield actually is just as worse in cold temperatures.  This is why have a mask on the Alaska and Washington State Ferries outdoors in the winter months will backfire.  This ordinance just tells the business to stick a sign on the window and it is up to the business to decide to enforce it.  Sometimes when you are talking you sound like adults on Peanuts.  This has also create bullies out of people saying you need to wear a mask or you are a problem

Then lets look at the yes side.  Having a mask indoors makes it safer to go inside a business for other peoples safety.  Some employers require you wear a mask in order to work like my employer at Walmart.  No mask no work.  In Alaska means no extra unemployment and you have to wait for 6 weeks to collect your first unemployment check.  This happened to me in 2011 when a boss who refused to understand her staff fired me as Dispatch Manager at Alaska Yellow Dispatch.

Here is my recommendation vote yes to put into ordinance then Jamie Allard, Anchorage's lone representative can introduce an ordinance to repeal it.

Vote no you support allowing a mayor to continue to pick winners and lowers you have to wait for a common sense mayor to remove the ordinances from the books.

Special needs students learning and comprehension can be compromised by mask wearing

Special Needs student need the love and the attention of their parents and they also need to understand that society must help them and not put barriers up to help them.  Mask should be voluntary for people to wear and should be up to the business owner.

Here is a link to an Anchorage's moms testimony about a 12 year old son I recorded last week and send the link to Autism Speaks where I am contributor some times.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1DDVdSXNjU&t=16s

That mother's name is Ms. Gaul.   Had this happened in the 1980's I may be writing this from a group home somewhere in Washington State being taken care off by taxpayers instead of being the first conservative blogger in Alaska where other blogs like Must Read Alaska were inspired by.

This is written by adult who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 1975 at Seattle Childrens Hospital and very high functioning and owns half of a mobile home in Anchorage.
