New York State needs to toughen their sexual assault laws involving children

People in the Empire State you need to contact Albany and make sure your legislators toughen their sexual assault laws.  You need to make sure that convicted rapist spend a minimum of ten years in jail if the rape involved a juvenile.  Juvenile girls are people too.  This recent case where a former bus driver in Watertown a border town in New York State was just given ten years probation and told to register as a sex offender.  What about the 14 year old juvenile who was raped on a school bus or around him.  First of all they need to require that all children not have contact with the school bus driver unless it is for behavior purposes.  Since he is considered a low risk sex offender his address do not have to be published on the state sex offender website.  Sorry once you violate another person's liberty or rights your say in a sentence no longer applied.  This 14 year old juvenile female will have a problem with forming future relationships may go through a battle of drugs, depression and possible experience suicide.  What you have done to this girl is more than the price you will pay you piece of human waste.  Please contact your legislator and have them toughen up their sexual assault laws especially against children and teenagers.  Juveniles lives matter.
These lives matter too.

Time for the Mat-Su Borough to annex Eagle River and Chugiak

We have a serious problem that people in Chugiak and Eagle River are not been represented well by people in the municipality.  Remember the Anchorage municipality was created when in 1974 the city annexed the borough which gave these area no say in how they develop without asking the mothership first.  This is why Spokane voted it down almost 25 years ago when they wanted to consolidate the county with the city.

For Eagle River and Chugiak to survive they must be annexed into the Matanuska Susitna Borough.  Imagine you go east of the Muldoon exit you are in the Mat-Su Borough.  This will take about 5 years to do.  First two votes must occur after signatures are gathered on the Eagle River and Chugiak side.  One vote should  Eagle River and Chugiak join the Mat-Su Borough.  Then the Mat-Su Borough will have to have a vote shall the Borough annex Eagle River and Chugiak.  If both votes are a go then the state legislature must approve the change of boundaries.

Here are the reasons Eagle River and Chugiak should join the Mat-Su Borough.

Will have greater voice, Has similar politically philosophy, They share electric companies, telephone companies.  Mat Valley Federal Credit has a branch in Eagle River.

As far the assets go by state constitution the Mat-Su would automatically get all municipal assetts.  Once Eagle River and Chugiak are annexed into the Mat-Su they could form two cities by a majority vote.  Now by joining the Mat-Su they will have pay a sales tax of 3 percent on all good and services paid from local places.

Here is an article  I wrote in 2012 about why Girdwood should exit.

Here is an article I wrote in 2012 about Girdwood should separate http://swensonfamilymember.blogspot.com/2012/04/hey-girdwood-residents-tired-of-getting.html

Imagine if both Eagle River and Girdwood separated from the Anchorage municipality they would get their needs met and would have a voice in their own decisions.

Anchorage only needs Girdwood, Eagle River and Chugiak so they do not raise taxes their crazy programs.

Cowardly act was done during an Easter Service at a Sri Lanka Catholic Church

A cowardly act was during an Easter Service this morning in the capitol city of Columbo on the island of Sri Lanka of the coast of India.  I believe that demons guided by Satan decided to enact terror on fellow worshipers early this morning in Sri Lanka.  I believe the people will look to the heavens and prevail.  Everybody needs to pray for Sri Lanka tonight.  Maybe our entertainers can hold a benefit for a week of tragedy for the Roman Catholic Churches in Paris and Sri Lanka.  First on Monday with the burning of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris which was done by a electrical shortage and now a tragedy done by cowards here in Sri Lanka this morning.  Already two billion dollars has been raised by private industry to benefit the Notre Dame Cathedral in France.  The French government and the Roman Catholic Church is also expected to kick in money to help the restoration of the Cathedral.

Most Alaskans and Alaskan Natives support the Pebble Mine in Western Alaska

Here is the truth that the media, environmental groups and liberal Democrats refuse to tell you besides the facts.  Most Alaskans including the Alaskan natives will tell you is that they support the Pebble Mine project.  Pebble Mine means jobs.  Pebble Mine will protect the Bristol Bay fisheries that is why most Native Corporations support its development.  It is the environmentalist and Liberal Democrats that are lying to you because their agenda is make America weak and make Alaska a national park.  They want Alaska to continue to very needy on the rest of the country.  They do not want Alaska resources developed or be self sufficient.  Please inform everybody the truth the most  Alaskan support the Pebble Mine.

Historic French and Roman Catholic landmark burns while doing renovations

Monday night April 15, 2019 a very historic French and Roman Catholic 12th century landmark started to burn Monday while the contractor was doing renovations.  Many works were saved since most of painting and historical items were not being stored on the Cathedral campus.  They were stored in other places around Paris.  Every world leader and entertainment express prayer for the French people and many business leaders have already pledge nearly a billion dollars in donation to rebuild the cathedral.  Hope this cathedral will some day continue to stay in the heart of the French people.  This cathedral was also major part of French as well as Roman Catholic history.

Quarterly payment not bad idea if follow traditional PFD formula

If the legislature chooses to pay in quarterly payments using the traditional formula.  This will work means means about a check of $750 every three months if you use the projected $3000 the PFD check is supposed to be.  If they choose this route if you choose Pick Click Give I wonder which check would you like your $25 donation to come out of.  Now if the legislature decide to use any other formula that would be considered a tax just will not help the economy as much.  Please call your legislator demand they pay full PFD whether it is one big check or in four installments.  This is our money not the government to play with.

Fairbanks NorthStar Borough superintendent needs to reinstate expelled North Pole High School girl

This incident happened at North Pole High School on April 4th, 2019.  Apparently a fake male had entered the male's bathroom because she felt it identified  with the gender he belongs to.  Here is the problem since this fake male did not have a phallus.  He must sit will actually never be a full functioning man without some additional equipment which genetic males have naturally.   Let's focus on this incident.  We have seven boys who decided they would enter this bathroom in a form of protest pretend to be fake females.  There is one problem there was a genetic female who felt these boys were going to possibly rape her.  She defended herself and she figured let's see if I kick this person if an actual female will not hurt as much but if not a real female he will actually hurt down there.  Kicking a genetic male in the biscuits really hurts.  This fake female did not pass the test he had the male equipment.  Now the North Pole High School decided to discipline all people based on their roles involved.  Here is the problem since there was not proper security to prevent this activity from happening.  Who is really at fault it is the principal for refusing to provide security to prevent these boys from entering the restroom in the first place.

Kudos to Tammie Wilson who defended this female for defending herself against a group of boys she recently demanded that the superintendent reinstate this student and apologize to her immediately.

Please contact the superintendent Dr Karen Gaborik at (907) 452-2000 ext 11402 and you can contact your school board members athttps://www.k12northstar.org/Page/2660
Demand they reinstate this student immediately.

Loomis family finally getting justice for the murder of Jody Loomis after nearly fifty years

On August 23, 1972 Jody Loomis was riding her bicycle to a horse stable in an area that is now called the town of Mill Creek. Back in the early 1970's this part of Snohomish County was very rural.  Terrance Miller shot and killed her in the head after raping her.  Two people  30 minutes later found Jody's nude body they called rescued where she died on route to the hospital at the age of 20.  Terrance has been a career rapist and pedophile according to local police files.  He had been convicted of molesting young teenage boys and girls with ages ranging from preteen all the way to the early 20's.

Jody was a horse lover who enjoyed riding horses professionally.

After 46 years the Snohomish County Sheriff Department recently arrested Terrance Miller a 77 year old man for the murder of Jody Miller.  He is currently being held on a million dollars bail.  If he is convicted he will be in prison for the rest of his natural life.

He will come to America and become the Democrats newest best friend

WORLD'S MOST WANTED CAPTURED
Today, April 11, 2019 in London, England.  London Police were waiting outside the embassy the minute he ventured off the property.  London Police wait a minute sucker.  You are bloody under arrest.  They cuffed and he is currently being held in London's jail.  He may face extradition to the United States for leaking classified documents  about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq conspired with fake female Chelsea Manning.  He may get a reduced sentence from the House Democrats if he agrees to hand over any documents proving that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.  I believe Elisha Cummings the douche bag from Maryland will be his new best friend in the Swamp's case to want to Impeach Trump.  We will see if America gets him or he slips in the British island as a free individual.  I have a feeling the Americans will want to do the death penalty.  I recommend take that off the table because we need this idiot to face justice.  He also needed to not be able to Democrats til January 2021 when hopefully they will be in the minority once again.  The last thing we need to allow the Democrats to use this idiots to go after Trump who has done the peoples work since January 2017.  He has been a great president even some friends and family believes he is wrong for the country.  I disagree.  Great job London Police in capturing this moron.  I say one less moron off the streets.

Croft Taxicab Deregulation Ordinance RIP

Yesterday, April 9, 2018 Anchorage Assembly voted 9-0 against the Croft Deregulation Ordinance.  Croft and Dyson were about during voting and did not vote when this came up in the assembly.  Most people testified against the ordinance.  David O'Malley mentioned the Transportation Inspectors Office and the Anchorage Transportation Commission if you eliminate then you save over 620 thousand a year.  Suzanne LaFrance give him some truth serum he did not appreciate which is the office is self supporting through fees. Until we change a wording from shall to may and get to Juneau to allow the state to regulate Uber and Lyft.  We need to limit it one permit a year instead of the automatic 10 taxi permits each year which is done by ordinance.

Dunleavy still standing tall for the people of Alaska

As Marshall Dunleavy has mentioned recently to the Outlaw Alaska House Majority lead by the criminal bandit Edgmon along with his deputies Ledoux, Tarr and Tuck.  No deal on budget without constitution amendments to protect the PFD. People applied for a full PFD not a portion.  Marshall Dunleavy standing firm in the Juneau corral.

Whatcom County voters would like you to resign Doug Ericksen at the end of session

Speaking with the help of residents of Whatcom County.  The people of Whatcom County elected you Doug Ericksen in 2018 to serve a four year term to the 2022 session.  According to my friend Joel Connelly from the Seattle PI that you will be lobbying for Cambodia.  You decided to take this job as you know the Washington State ethics law prohibits you from lobby while serving in the state legislature.  Citizens of Whatcom County would like you to resign preferably after session not before.  Let's since this is long year since we are in a year ending in odd.  In the 106th day of session please resign and not before.  The citizens of Whatcom County will respect  you if you.  Since you won this seat by 45 votes in 2018.  The Washington State Democrats could possibly flip this seat. This district has a history of being a swing district the Republicans have always had this seat.  This district contains most of Whatcom and splits Bellingham.  Do not worry if you resign after session the Whatcom County GOP PCO's  will choose five names then the Whatcom County Council will narrow three to three names then Governor and wannabe President Jay Inslee who has not accomplished anything except gun control by initiative will select your successor then you have a special election in August primary and then the top two candidate regardless of party advance to the November general election due a 2004 Initiative 872 passed by voter and confirmed by the Supreme Court in 2008 by a 7-2 in favor.  Can not guarantee the incumbent will win do to swing district.  The Democrats could take due to history.  Please resign Doug and make it effective on Day 105 of session please sincerely the Whatcom County voters

Kai Binkley Sims conceeds to Margo Bellamy in Anchorage School Board Seat

As of current Kai Binkley Sims is down by 4000 votes over Margo Bellamy.  She did a great run apparently the Anchorage voters have decided that Margo was the best choice.  Hopefully Margo will listen to the people and not the special interest that promoted her.  If Kai wanted to run for office again I will support her.  If she runs for school board she needs to make sure David Nees  is not running for the same position like possibly next year that way conservatives are not splitting the vote.   There is a good chance that Fred Dyson will  not run again she would fit right in.  Eagle River did have two women on the assembly from 2004-2007 with Debbie Ossainder and Anna Fairclough now known as Anna MacKinnon.

Alaskans apply for Permanent Fund Dividend to recieve a full check not a portion of it

Hey Alaska legislators most Alaskans when they apply for a Permanent Fund Dividend they expect a full check not a portion of a check.  If the prediction is that each applicant is to get a possible $3,000 not $1,100 not a portion of a check.  If a government agency, state government or a school district then they can do what many Alaska non profits do create a Pick Click Give profile.  Applicant can give starting at $25 at a time.  Starting this year applicants can pay $100 per entry to get a ticket  in an education raffle.  However Beltrami sandwich crowd and Great Alaska Scam the real name of Great Alaska School do not like this idea because it is voluntary

Vazquez and Hill still trailing their main opponents in their Assembly races

As of election poll closing time on April 2, 2019 both common sense candidates Liz Vaquez and Christine Hill were trailing their main opponent with some help by a spoiler in Liz's case it was Dustin Darden and in Christine's case it was Ron Alleva.  Liz is trailing Kameron Perez-Verdia by only 800 votes which Dustin occupied 765 of those votes.  Christine is trailing Meg Zalatel by 1200 votes which  Ron occupies 853 of those votes.

Update as of 5pm on April 3, 2019 in the Midtown Assembly Race.  Christine is now trailing Meg by 1300 votes which Ron occupies 957 of those votes

Let's hope the No on Anchorage Prop 9 go in both of these favors and flips these races.  We can not go another year with a 9-2 Ethan proof Anchorage Assembly.

Anchorage Capitol Improvment Bond is narrowly failing

As of close of Anchorage Vote by Mail election on April 2, 2019 the Anchorage Capitol Improvement Bond is narrowly failing by about almost 3000 votes.  This bond included Downtown Cemetery renovations, Anchorage and Chugiak Senior Centers, Facility safety and code upgrades at West Anchorage High School and Fleet Maintenance, Upgrades at three Anchorage Public Libraries at the Girdwood, Mountain View and Loussac Libraries and the Porcupine Building Replacement

Every Anchorage Bond proposition is passing except for two propositions

As of poll closing time on Anchorage Municipal Election on April 2, 2019 only two Anchorage Propositions Proposition 3 the Area Capitol Improvement bond and Proposition 9 which is the Berkowitz Responsibility Drinking tax also the addict enabling act which are narrowly failing.  Hopefully Proposition 9 will stay in that direction and flip two Assembly races and two school board races.

The recent Anchorage officer shooting is another reason to repeal SB 91 in Alaska

This suspect is fault of SB 91 which is catch and release criminal prosecution he was booked and release on March 18th, 2019 according to my friends at KTVA he has been a criminal for the last two years was either a fisherman or cannery worker with criminal records in Unalaska, Kodiak and Anchorage.  Before he was shot by Anchorage Police Officer for brandishing a look alike bee bee gun.  Police Officers have seconds to respond to a situation and if the,   suspect refuses to follow instruction and brandished a look like weapon then the officer has to think of safety of community and himself over having to wait a couple of seconds what if that was a real gun.  Recently in my adopted hometown county of Kittitas County we just mourned an sheriffs deputy and another is recovering from a suspect.  It is better to think of safety or instead of waiting and we are having a funeral of a police officer instead being safe.  Please tell your legislature to repeal SB 91 now. Catch and release is for fishing and not fighting crime.

Berkowitz responsible drinker tax nearly failing

As of election polling closing time in Anchorage April 2, 2019 Prop 9 aka as Berkowitz Responsible Drinkers Tax to fund Addicts is narrowly failing by 2000 votes.  Hopefully this will widen and flip two Assembly races and two school board races along with it.

Nees and Binkley Sims trailing their opponents in Anchorage School Board Races

As of poll closing time on April 2, 2019 both David Nees and Kai Binkley Sims were losing to their main opponents between four and five thousand votes in their school board races

Kai Binkley Sims is currently losing to Margo Bellamy by over four thousand votes.

David Nees is losing by five thousand votes to Starr Marsett here is the interesting note the Nowhere candidate Ron Stafford occupies 3,328 could Ron be the reason David lost.

Let's hope the No on Anchorage Proposition Nine flips these races and the Special interest do not win here.

Crystal Kennedy winning her Assembly seat in Chugiak-Eagle River Assembly race

With results already counted as of election closing time on April 2, 2019 Anchorage Municipal Election.  Crystal is leading by over a thousand votes of Oliver Schiess.  I predicted that Chugiak and Eagle River would return a common sense person since the Assembly appointed Gretchen Wehmhoff who did not fit the region or its politics.

Nowhere candidate only talks to KTUU

Ron Stafford an citizen who is running for school board only talks to KTUU refused to talk to Anchorage Daily News waisted taxpayers money because people do not know if he was serious.  Question who does he hurts Starr or David.  Not sure here.  I predict will get no more than 5 percent in April 2nd municipal election tonight.  I hope he hurts Starr not David.

Berkowitz and Assembly solution to homelessness

Here is Berkowitz solution to homeless that is by giving every addict that wants one a cardboard box.  This solution was originally proposed by Chris Constant two years ago.  Forrest Dunbar actually endorses this approach to the problem.  He says it works in Portland and Seattle why not here.  Anchorage is beautiful.  Liberal just want to dirty it up.

https://swensonfamilymember.blogspot.com/2017/04/constants-solution-to-anchorages.html   Here is the article I wrote  on Constant solution to this problem which is why you vote no on Anchorage Proposition Nine today.

Watch this link and do you want this in Anchorage?https://komonews.com/news/local/komo-news-special-seattle-is-dying-03-21-2019

Starr Marsett says she is right on the issues of education not the problem

When it comes to education Starr Marsett believes that educators should be make the decisions like a retired math teachers or those in the profession.  Truth is that politicians should make these decisions.  Let's see Starr says she served in Vietnam sorry that does not wash either.  Enlisted in 1976.  Vietnam War ended in 1975.  America stopped sending troops in 1973.   She also said it is easier to replace a teacher then an administrator.  David Nees will protect teachers but cutting the fat in administration.  Most parents and teachers agree with David not Starr.

WHO DOES THESE PEOPLE REALLY REPRSENT NOT YOU

As you know special interest are funding against the people in Anchorage.  In the school board you have Starr Marsett, Kameron Perez-Verdia and Margot Bellamy who eat everybody a large Beltrami sandwiches fed by the Alaska NEA and Alaska AFL-CIO.  In West Anchorage you can vote for Liz Vazquez for Assembly and for school board you can vote for Kai Binkley Sims and David Nees.  Elect people who will fight for Anchorage will also fight for you not the special interest.
