Alaska rural school districts should be allowed to use church buildings for schools

Alaska rural school districts like the Kodiak Island Borough should be allowed to use church building in rural communities like Old Harbor.  This will save rural Alaskan property tax dollars.  The school district gets a free building.  Churches could teach their religious teaching which parents can opt out if they choose by US Constitution.  Since now the Borough mayors have ultimate authority in school district budget due to recent Alaska supreme court decision only the Borough Assembly with an override than overdue a mayor in Borough government this includes Sitka, Juneau and Anchorage they are also boroughs according to the Alaska State Constitution.
