Loomis family finally getting justice for the murder of Jody Loomis after nearly fifty years

On August 23, 1972 Jody Loomis was riding her bicycle to a horse stable in an area that is now called the town of Mill Creek. Back in the early 1970's this part of Snohomish County was very rural.  Terrance Miller shot and killed her in the head after raping her.  Two people  30 minutes later found Jody's nude body they called rescued where she died on route to the hospital at the age of 20.  Terrance has been a career rapist and pedophile according to local police files.  He had been convicted of molesting young teenage boys and girls with ages ranging from preteen all the way to the early 20's.

Jody was a horse lover who enjoyed riding horses professionally.

After 46 years the Snohomish County Sheriff Department recently arrested Terrance Miller a 77 year old man for the murder of Jody Miller.  He is currently being held on a million dollars bail.  If he is convicted he will be in prison for the rest of his natural life.
