Each major municipality and incorporated borough should be able to do their own autopsies in Alaska

Every major municipality in Alaska outside of incorporated Alaska borough and incorporated Alaska Borough should have a coroner or an independent medical examiner.  The reason is Alaska only has one medical examiner which is in Anchorage when an autopsy has to be done.  The body has to be flown to Anchorage instead of examined locally.  If each incorporated borough had a coroner or a medical examiner this would allow autopsies to be done locally.  For instance in places when their are no incorporated borough major cities like Bethel, Valdez, Dutch Harbor and Nome could have the autopsies done at a local hospital.  Places like Fairbanks, Juneau, Kenai Peninsula, Matanuska-Susitna and Kodiak Island Borough each had their own coroner or medical examine they could have their murder cases solved sooner and not have strain their resources on a Statewide medical examiner in Anchorage.  The statewide medical examiner can then be Anchorage Municipal Coroner or medical examiner can concentrate on Anchorage cases only.  Please tell your state legislature you want your borough or municipality to start being able to do autopsies.

Children with Autism should learn with other students in a public school setting

The best way to educate a child with mild autism like myself is to put them in the same classroom as other students.  Instead of putting these kids in a resource room where they can be labeled.  Most children with special needs do not like to be labeled in any way shape or form.  If a child is not audible by age ten then they should put them in a school where they can learn to communicate.  Most teachers once they learn how a mild autistic child learns can easily adapt their teaching styles to help these students.  Most of these students prefer to be in a regular classroom and can keep up with most students in the classroom.  Some educators feeling isolating these students or drugging them to learn does not help it actually does the opposite.  Some social workers also feel having these children collect social security benefits helps their expenses no it does not.  Most of these students want to be normal do not want to have to prove they are.  Most autistic children and adults want to treated like everyone else not be labeled or use excuses for their disability.  They just want to be treated normally.  This is how you should educate them.  Special education really needs to downsized and if a child really needs a special learning environment then a special school needs to be established to house these students otherwise mainstreaming is the best option.  Reducing the funds for special education actually saves taxpayer dollars and help the mild autistic child the best.
