Did anyone see someone break into the home of Isabel Celis in East Tucson on Tuesday, April 20th, 2012 took a little 6 year old girl while she was sleeping. Isabel is 6 years old female who weighs 44 pounds. Her hair is light brown and her eyes are hazel in color. Did anyone see anyone acting strangely in Isabel Celis's neighborhood.
