How about require a user fee for small neighborhood municipal parks instead of taxing everybody for them

Yes Parks are beautiful for a city.  Should tax money be used to make a park beautiful when not everyone is using it.  This could also be for bike paths as well.  As a former employee of Spokane Center from 1992-1995 while attending college at Spokane Falls Community College.  If a park is used a lot like Spokane's Riverfront Park then do not charge for that because everybody goes there.  This would also go for the Delaney Park Strip and Cuddy Midtown Park in Anchorage. Green Lake Park, Seward Park, Magnolia Park, Seattle Center in Seattle where a lot people use the park then do not charge if a small neighborhood park then charge to use and volunteers should maintain it not the taxpayers.
