Federal judge upholds Leavenworth's right to make business design with a Bavarian theme

I am glad the Federal judge has stated that Leavenworth can tell business they must design their buildings with Bavarian theme.  This makes the town more attractive and helps for visitors.  I understand that have the designed in this manner may make the business more expensive.  Many tourist come to Leavenworth every year to see the Bavarian theme and it has kept the town alive.  Another town that was also facing the same fate was North Bend my hometown in 1968 their city council also adopted the Bavarian theme.  However unlike Leavenworth, North Bend to ask businesses to voluntarily adopt the Bavarian theme.  Most business in downtown North Bend chose to do it.  North Bend has been better for this action.  Both Leavenworth and North Bend has seen better growth since they converted their downtown cores.  If you do not comply with Leavenworth's Bavarian theme they have your business elsewhere.
