Hey East Anchorage you know North Bend has a roundabout has improve traffic congestion at the intersection of North Bend Way and Cedar Falls Way in the east end of North Bend.
East Anchorage residents are asking for a roundabout at the intersection of Muldoon and Debarr Rd. Yes a traffic signal would also be required. Plus the land to the east is still for sale so you would not have to worry about cutting into landowners land or anything like that. You can also move the Muldoon neighborhood marker about 500 feet to the east to make this work. If you want an example how a traffic signal works with a roundabout try the intersection of State Route 903 and Bullfrog Road between Roslyn and Cle Elum in Washington State. Maybe the State of Alaska needs to hire a planner from Washington State to plan their roads.
Here is a picture of the Muldoon and Debarr Intersection

If Washington and Oregon lower the estate taxes
It seems that cities like Portland and Seattle are having a hard time selling their houses. This is due to the fact their tax policies are socialist and close to communist. The state legislatures of Oregon and Washington are no better here. If you lower the property taxes in King, Multnomah as well as the states of Washington and Oregon they will be sell their houses or better yet increase the amount of people. The truth is Portland and Seattle lost population in the last ten years. Most are either moving out of the state or moving out their cities. Yes, Washington State gained a new congressional district. However Oregon stayed the same like they have in the past thirty years. This is due increase population growth in Eastern Washington not Western Washington. Who got the new congressional district you guess it the Olympia area. The increases were east of the Cascades the West of the Cascades. You want to keep your residents lower the taxes and want people to sell homes lower the taxes.

All libraries in Kittitas County should form a library district
Currently all four Kittitas County libraries operate separately. However if Roslyn, Cle Elum, Ellensburg and Kittitas decided to form a library district or become part one of the largest library cooperatives in Washington State called the North Central Washington Regional Library. This would make it so rural areas in Kittitas County would receive the proper training and professional library service. Cle Elum in 1994 had this chance if they would have hired me as their Library Director. This also will give them a chance to have taxing authority. Please consider uniting all of Kittitas County libraries into a library district this will make it independent of city governments. This makes so that people who live in South Cle Elum and people living outside of Ellensburg from having to pay extra to receive library service.

Washington's Most Wanted and King County Sheriff looking who murdered Tod Berkebile?
This picture is a memory of a picture I have of Tod Berkebile when I was a freshman in high school at Mt Si High School in 1986. He would always be friendly to people in school. Washington's Most Wanted and King County Sheriff are looking for who murdered Tod Berkebile? I attended this party that Tod had attended near Lake Alice near Fall City. Tod and a someone where arguing over something that day. I could remember about what I was too busy concentrating on what teenage boys do when drinking at the time. He left the party in a truck with a person he was having an argument with. I can tell you who ever this person was suppose to drive him home. Apparently this person would be probably in his 40's now if still alive probably graduated Mt Si High School between 1983-1986. I never saw this person in the senior class when I attended as a freshman. My theory on this is the person he was having an argument decided to settle this somewhere quiet and private. Back in 1986 the place of Echo Glen Rd and SE 96th St near Lake Alice and Echo Glen juvenile prison would have been a great spot for this. Back in 1986 since Snoqualmie Parkway did not open til 1999 and construction did not happen til 1997. The only way to get their at the time was Exit 25 on Interstate 90 southwest of Snoqualmie and head north on Echo Glen Rd. I believe they were going to have a discussion. He and Tod walked on a trail heading to Lake Alice he let Tod walk ahead. This person had another motive then shot Tod in the back then left the area. Then approximately a week later the first time of heard of Tod's death was when a Seattle PI reporter asked while I walked home from Mt Si to my Meadowbrook home on Walnut St in Snoqualmie. Then a day earlier an announcement came over the loud speaker through the intercom at the high school about Tod's death. Most of the students were in mourning over it. If anyone was at that party remembers the argument that night and can describe the person. I believe this person may or may not be in the Snoqualmie Valley area now. Someone in the Snoqualmie Valley who is over 40 knows who this person was needs to start talking you can call the Puget Sound Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or Detective Jake Pavlovich at (206) 205-7887 from the King County Sheriff's Office. This is the only unsolved murder mystery in the Snoqualmie Valley history that has been unsolved to date.

Lawmakers should not be allowed to accept contributions during sessions
Legislatures, Congressman and Senators should not be allowed to accept political contributions which is the law during sessions like in my home state of Washington and my current state of Alaska Legislatures. This give people more trust in public officials and keeps them more honest with the public. Something else that might be great is have them banned from lobbying their legislative bodies after they leave office for five years. This will make them less likely to become lobbyist.
