Anchorage Municipality coffers may end up in a surplus

Since their will be $4 to 6 million dollar savings.  First of all Anchorage has real needs that is the following instead of creating a bureaucrat to solve the homeless problem like Elvi Gray-Jackson suggested.  Let charities like Downtown Soup Kitchen, Salvation Army, Catholic Charities and private non profits do this.  Government should not be involved in this issue.  The Anchorage 12th man will make sure this will not happen.  Let's deputize all security personal by putting mini Anchorage Police substations at Dimond Center, Tikatknu Commons, 5th Avenue Mall, Northway Mall, Glenn Square Mall, Carrs Sears Mall, Muldoon Mall, Loussac Library and Anchorage Bus Accommodation Center if not a full time officer district these officers.  Give the Community Service Patrol the power to arrest.  If you go to the drunk three times in a year you must sign a statement stating you have abused your public benefits.  If you are picked up a fourth time a mental evaluation will be done.  You will be required to have a payee for SSI benefits if a fifth time if you came from an Alaskan village.  You will get a one way ticket back to that village unless you have medical reason you will not be allowed back in Anchorage unless you want to go to jail.  You are kicked out of Anchorage for abuse of taxpayer funds.  More police and fire is good as well.  Let's also do something that might help how about some property tax relief reduce the property taxes for other areas who do not use much municipal resources.

Alaska School Districts will now need to justify their spending to borough mayors

I guess Anchorage's 12th man was able to help property tax payers in a form of a judge.  Borough mayor and city mayors have the right to veto budget items in a school district's budget.  In accordance to Alaska's constitution authority.  The school district is a subdivision of the borough.  Borough assemblies and the borough mayors have the final say.  I guess if Amy Demboski is elected mayor no more Common Core in Anchorage.  Maybe Common Core maybe dead in Alaska Lora Reinbold.  If Ethan gets elected mayor then it will be business as usual.  This court decision was a step in the right direction it puts the people in charge instead of teacher association dominated school board of area education.  That is how it should be.  Maybe the Alaska Education Association as well as Great Alaska Scam will now get a constitutional amendment to make the school districts independent of borough hands.  Question is will they have enough votes without lying to get them.

Hey Seahawks fan we need to update this video for 2015 season

We need to update this video.  I understand from my Seattle sources church group did this.  For the 2015 Season by adding Jimmy Graham our newest teammate who needs a Super Bowl ring.  NO NFC Team will be able to touch us now we will be going back to Super 50 in Santa Clara in Levi Stadium.   Any other NFL Teams you need to understand that for the next 5 seasons the Lombardi is our not anyone else's.

Jimmy Graham will wear the number 88 which made Michael Irvin famous in Dallas Super Bowl's in the 1990's

Since the Seattle Seahawks will be Super Bowl 50.  The Legion of Boom will be an offense for the Seahawks.  They sent two key defensive players to the Eagles and the Saints
.   This is not Jimmy Graham I am looking at the 88 this is what he will be wearing.  He will be someone who the other NFL teams will have to deal with.  He can be a great weapon for Russell Wilson to throw to.  He and Marshawn Lynch will be an explosive offense let's hope the defense will stay great.  If you are an NFC team you will not be making a SuperBowl appearance anytime soon.

Municipalilties not responsible permit value devaluations

Municipalities are not responsible for devaluations of taxicab permits.  Many municipalities have let Uber in and the taxi permits owners who have sued have lost in court.  Courts have ruled that the current taxi cab permit system is considered a monopoly.  You can keep a monopoly to lower the quality of taxicabs.  Most permits in Anchorage are really worth less than $1000 not the inflated over $100,000 the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Association says they.  They can not put their permit for collateral because they are only worth less than $1000.  A debt collector can not consider a permit as an asset if so I would had done it as bill collector before 2004.

Anchorage Transportation Commission did not address Eagle River issue

Last September 2014 the Anchorage Transportation Commission issued three permits to help the Eagle River issue.  Here is how they did not address the issue.  They should have made it unlimited.  They did not remove the subscription to dispatch.  This would allow an Eagle River based company to be able to control the market in their neighborhood.  They also did not do at an administrative fee this would allow someone who has the qualification to purchase a permit without having to pay over 30k to get one.  As a result these permits went to family members of current permit owners who want to see the pilot program fail to show their is no business their.  Uber experience has shown that not to be true.  Current dispatch companies have not given Eagle River first crack at all Eagle River inbound and outbound trips to make this a success.  They did not prevent Anchorage cabs from picking up in Eagle River and Chugiak.  They also put so many restrictions not allowing them to pick up at Anchorage destinations like the railroad depot, airport, hospitals and JBER.  This brought about by a special interest group called the Anchorage Taxicab Permit Association which wanted this idea to fail.

Eagle River, Chugiak residents are not happy with suspension of Uber Alaska service

Eagle River and Chugiak residents not happy with suspension of Uber Alaska service on Friday, March 6, 2015.  Uber Alaska was willing to do what Anchorage cabs were not willing to do pick up customer take them to their destination.  Due to city refusing to bargain probably with Uber Alaska.  This area has been shafted against by local officials.  Bar break will be like most places will have the patron walking to their house drunk.  Where is the safety their or a staff member of the bar driving the patron home.  It is time to tell the municipality to let Uber Alaska so this area will get served properly.
