Anyone can win the West Anchorage Assembly race
Due to the fact we have three great candidates to the Anchorage Assembly to represent Turnagain, Spenard and Sand Lake area. Ira Perman who is Ernie Hall's choose to replace him. We have Adam who wants to return to the assembly and then Eric Croft who wants to continue to carry the water for Ethan Berkowitz. He needs to go back to the private sector not keep the assembly working against the people. Eric Croft is someone who as a Recycled Democrat on the school board was responsible for the irresponsible spending on the school board. Please vote for Adam Trombley on April 5th and return normal back to Anchorage.
If you are on public assistance one basic cell phone should be allowed
If you are on public assistance only one basic cell phone should be allowed. You can only make local calls with it. No data streaming, No internet. This is a luxury. I have a business I pay nearly 300 to 500 dollars a month this luxury. Government should not giving data to lazy people. We also need to no longer allow this benefit to any state or municipality that has a minimum wage above $10 an hour exception is Alaska and Hawaii at $12 an hour. This emphasizes work first. In Alaska wants to do this benefit then native corporations should be required to pay a portion of any public assistance to members of their tribe to an Alaskan native to receive this subsidy. Village corporations like Sea Lion who can afford to operate Alaska's largest cab company and many other investments should be required to pay tribal benefits out of their profits. We need to amend Alaska Native Claim Settlement act to include Alaska native subsidies.

Smart people will vote no on Anchorage road bond in April Municipal election
Smart Anchorage citizens will be voting no on the Anchorage road bond. Here is why in Proposition 5 contains the Spenard Road project. This project will not preserve the historical significance of the region. It will cause more traffic tie up. This is part of Ethan Berkowitz's plan in his Strategies 360 manifesto. Anchorage does not need more bike lanes unless the bike community wants to pay for them. You can preserve the historical significance of this road by voting no on this project. If my hometown of Snoqualmie did without taxpayer dollars then so can Spenard. The bottom picture is Spenard road. The two top pictures are pictures of my hometown of Snoqualmie. Top one is in 2012 the other one was in 1970.

RV Parks want to be like the Anchorage cab industry
RV Parks want to be the only game in the city. Anchorage has message just like it has with the cab industry. Clean up your park. If you go to Golden Nugget Trailer and RV Park and Midtown RV Park also a trailer park. It looks like World War II. Walmart, Cabela's and Fred Meyer's parking lots are clean and maintained. You might also want to call this the Richard Lobdell, Jr no overnight camping ordinance. He used to have a starting intro to all the RV's in the South Anchorage Walmart parking lot. By the way they go to explore and then leave for days at a time. Please tell Elvi Gray-Jackson lets tell these RV park clean it up because Walmart cleans there's daily. These is proper disposal at these locations as well as the RV Park. If the RV Parks want to be like Cab industry let's limit how many parks we can have and then permit them then add a park by permit auction just like the cab industry.
Margaret Stock is an obstructionist not a team player
Margaret Stock I guess the constitution is only good to you if the event goes your way. Lisa Murkowski position was the same in 2007 as today. Republicans just like the Democrats want an up or down vote on nominees. The major leadership including major candidates on the GOP presidential field would like this position to remain vacant. Unlike other position like a cabinet. Barack Obama can not do a recess appointment to this position because it is a constitutional position to another branch of government. This is a lifetime appointment. This is kind of like the Hall of Fame in Major Sports. Once you put a person here they stay until death or they decide they can no longer do it. Most of the time it is death that decide this position. This is also kind of like the Pope of the Catholic Church. Maybe since you are running an Independent candidacy you need to talk to Bill Walker at the Alaska Governor's Mansion. In Alaska you need the Alaska native vote. No Native vote you do not win.

We need to plan a Alaska state budget on $10 a barrel
It is time we plan a Alaska state budget based on $10 a barrel. If there is extra revenue it gets put in a rainy day for a lean budget year and put to increase permanent fund dividends that year. No extra stuff that are not needed. Municipalities need to learn to take care of themselves not depending on the state footing the bill.We need to reduce services requires some welfare recipients to pay their own way. Basic education for school funding and then the local taxpayers of a school district must pick up the rest.
Amy Demboski unlike other municipal leaders gives a message to state lawmakers
While the majority of state lawmakers are going to Juneau asking for free goodies. I think she decided to sneak in her suitcase a meat cleaver to give to lawmakers. She is saying cut the fat may give Anchorage what they really want is tax rebate instead having Fairbanks and the rest of the state pay it stuff we do not need. This is why Eagle River and Chugiak you need to keep this lady. We need this more in our lawmakers instead of please of give me. State coffers are not meant go to irresponsible school boards like the Anchorage School District. Most members of the Alaska Municipal League are asking for a state income tax. Many lawmakers want a portion of your permanent fund dividend to fund state government. Cut services which there is plenty there. Chugiak and Eagle River voters vote to reelect Amy Demboski on April 5th.
