Yesterday, September 14, 2018 Kotzebue got the answer they did not want.  Ashley's body was found east of town.  To the person who did this.  This town is vigilante and hopefully will banish you from the community. To Ashley's parents this blog's is in prayer and mourning with you.  Ashley is now in heaven looking proud at the people of Kotzebue.  Her life was not in vain.  She enjoyed and in life she is forever 10.  Her spirit will continue to live on.  Samista will deliver justice her killer by pouring gallons of virtual Purple Panda flavor on his soul and spirit.  Kotzebue you will get through this.  You join two other communities that are very small and lost their children through murder one is McCleary in my home state of Washington and Tazlina north of Valdez east of Anchorage near the Copper River Valley.  If you know who killed Kotzebue's daughter you can leave your tips anonymously at the Kotzebue Police Department incident no 18-7169 at (907) 442-3351 or the Alaska State Troopers Dispatch center at (907) 451-5100 refer to Trooper case no 18064447.  Let's get justice for Ashley. 

Bakersfield shooter took the cowards way out

This Bakersfield shooter went into Bear Mountain Sports shot a friend or then his wife.  Then Kern County deputies followed him on Breckenridge Road after he shot three people.  When deputies cornered instead of surrendering to police.  He decided to take the cowards way out and kill himself

The real reason that Aaron Weaver did not campaign is because the Alaska GOP did all the campaigning for him by telling lies about Gabby Ledoux and her record.  Alaska GOP believes this house seat belongs to them not the people of JBER and Muldoon.  People saw through the lies that the Alaska GOP were saying and advance Gabby Ledoux in the primary.  If you do not campaign do not ask the state party to do it for you.

Jake Sloan may be a nice guy.  In this race you do  not come into a race after the actual candidate Aaron Weaver who was tapped by Alaska GOP chair Tuckerman Babcock to run against Gabby Ledoux is defeated.  He is funded by special interest not the interest of JBER and Muldoon.  Please do not write in Jake Sloan.  He will not support your interest. 

If you want to vote for a candidate vote for either Gabrielle Ledoux who has served the district well and has put her district first or Lyn Franks who actually ran for the position. These two people will put your interest first not special interest. 

Hey Central Kenai Peninsula Peter Micciche voted to raise your taxes

May 8, 2018 Peter Micciche voted to raise your taxes three times by agreeing that the Permanent Fund Dividend should be reduced. This is not the way we do things on the Kenai Peninsula Back in late 1970's Governor Jay Hammond envision that the Permanent Fund Dividend was never to be used as a piggy back for government.  Just like Social Security when created in the 1930's was never created for that purpose.  FDR and Republicans in Congress needed a way to pay for World War II by the 1950's when the people figured that out it was too late.  JFK tried to fix it was shot by the swamp in 1963 before he could implement it.  Had he was able to the Social Security Trust Fund would be in the black by 1970.  Now Peter decided you should pay a tax for the past three years in the amount of $14,516 that could have stabilized the Alaska economy.  Remember Peter voted to tax you to pay for Alaska's budget.  To remedy this get your money back in Central Kenai Peninsula you fill in the oval and write in Ron Gillham for State Senator on Tuesday, November 6th, 2018.   Remember that $14,516 is your money not the governments by design.

Please help find Kotzebue's lost daughter

Please continue to pray for my friends in Kotzebue.  This awesome native Alaskan girl is missing from your town.  We need to find Ashley immediately.  If you are hiding somewhere please call home because Ashley your parents are worried please call home please.   She was wearing a pink sweater and jeans she was born on March 12, 2008 has black hair and has brown eyes.  She weighs about 100 lbs and has a height of 4ft 9in tall.  

 
Ashley was last seen leaving the city's Rainbow Park around Thursday, September 6, 2018 around 6pm.  Here cell phone was found on 2nd ave which she probably dropped it at this point.   If she has not come inside for warmth may be very cold and hungry knowing the city's climate.  Good thing this is summer because had this been three month later.  We may looking at a frozen 10 year old female corpse at this point if not giving inside shelter.  She was traveling east on Lagoon Street towards 5th street awesome to a residence she knew.  There is a mall close by this park.  She may have been abducted by either someone she knew in town or family member.  Question where is she?  She may have headed back towards 2nd ave when she realized close by that she lost her cell phone. 

If you abducted her and harm her you will have a problem with people in this community.  You need to turn yourself in now and tell the community where is she?.  Kotzebue will not stand for your type of garbage that is for sure.

Trailer Park tenants should be required to be compensated

When a trailer park is sold.  First of all it should be required that the landlord of the trailer park not be allowed to collect three months worth of space rent.  This will allow tenant to buy a piece of property to move the trailer too or too go to another trailer park.  Each tenant must be paid full market value of the trailer at the time of assessment by the local tax agency that appraised the trailer at its value.  Example mobile home is worth $62k then the owner who wants to buy the property must pay the mobile home that value plus an additional 10 percent to help in moving the trailer out of the park.  Total cost to mobile home owner is $68.6k will be the minimum they must pay the home owner.  Message to mobile home park owner you sell to a private business you may make you receive your tenants get paid or do not bother selling to the buyer. Mobile home tenants are similar to apartment dwellers they have rights to first and last month space plus three months of space rent not to be paid.  Mobile home owners do not own the land the trailer is on.  They do not pay taxes on the land only the trailer on top on property.
