Retired Alaska Superintendents should be allowed to be charge of an Alaskan school district on a temporary basis

School Districts in my hometown state of Washington have the option of having a retired superintendent run the school district for one year while they look for a really good superintendent.  Alaska should allow a school district to tap a retired superintendent if a school district needs a superintendent.  This allows the school district to get a great quality of superintendents.  Washington Education Association does not penalize the retired superintendents pension while they run the school district for one year.
