Public Assistance benefits need to less then minimum wage

Most states the public assistance benefits are more than an minimum wage job.  This kills the incentive for welfare recipients to find work.  Some states give bonus if you have more children.  First of all require all medicaid recipients to have to look for health insurance through the exchanges then have them pay for it.  Have the monthly benefit be less than what you would make on a minimum wage job.  This would entice them to get off of public assistance.  Idaho benefits are only $5.36 an hour where Washington State benefits are $12 an hour and Oregon benefits pay $20 an hour.  So those that want $15 minimum wage why not go on welfare you make that amount anyway just to sit on but and do nothing.  Please state legislatures lower your public assistance lower than minimum wage this will lower the unemployment rate.  We also need to have time limits no more than a year on public assistance and you have to looking for work.  Do not look for work off the rolls.
