Ashley's killer was a creepy dude around the NW Arctic Villages

Many women around the NW Arctic Village have bad experiences of Peter Wilson fondling them as a young child including his cousin while living in Anchorage.  . Even Ashley was terrified of him.  Hopefully he will be locked up for the rest of his natural life.
