Hey Anchorage Mayor and Assembly please change bar closing times to 5am

Recently the Downtown Anchorage bar owners are asking the Anchorage Assembly permission to keep the bars open an additional hour not to serve drinks.  I have a better idea here on this subject since every where but Anchoragepolis bars close at 5 am.  Change the bar closings to 5 am this will reduce the drunk driving deaths on the Glenn Highway people would not be driving out to Palmer and Wasilla to continue to drink for another three hours.  Here is another idea Seattle last year in 2012 suggested to the Washington State Liquor board under the Communist Seattle City Council and Premiere Mike McGinn to have the bars choose when to close and have them open for 24 hours a day.  This would ease the traffic on the cabs and make it easier since here in Anchoragepolis we have a limit on how many cabs can be in this city instead of allowing anyone with a valid Anchoragepolis chauffeurs license to buy a permit.  That is the American way.  Unless we repeal 11.20.030 section D.  This would allow the bars to choose when they want to open.  Let's also do something else let's require any patron that enters a bar to have to surrrender their keys to the bartender or the bouncer at the door and in order to get your keys back you have to breath on breathlizer to make sure you are under the .08 limit to get your keys.  If not the bar must call you a cab or have many bars who can transport their patrons either free of charge to their homes or can charge to get them a ride home.  We must make it so you do not have to apply for a shuttle permit to do this by their own bar.  Allow bar patrons to park their car at an establishment for 24 hours without a risk of getting towed by the lot owner.  This will allow the bar patron a ride home without having to use the CHARR program or pay an Anchoragepolis taxi company four times the fare to drive the car and one goes in the car. 

Alaskan natives should have free tution at any Alaska based college

As a step son of an Alaskan native from Kodiak.  I would not qualify here however many of my cousins and nephews and nieces would qualify native corporations could prove a blood line.  This would include any Alaskan natives born out of Alaska who can prove their heritage with a native corporation would also get free tution.  You should ask your legislators to get on board and support the First Alaskans education Free college bill.  Come on Les Gara, Bill Weichelowski, Hollis French you can get behind this and actually help Alaskan natives get better education.  Native corporations can also help out by paying for tution for all decents of an Alaskan native.  The bad part is adopted or step children would not qualify under this idea. 

Did anyone see Israel Coward Keyes in Texas in 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2012

Did anyone see Israel Coward Keyes in Texas from February 5-8, 2007, October 24, 2008 to November 5, 2008, July 18-22 and February 2, 2012 to March 13, 2012.  I would like to know if there are any outstanding missing and unsolved murders from this time period that this creep may have been involved with it please call 1-800-CALL-FBI if you know thanks.

Did you see Israel Coward Keyes in February and March 2012 in Texas

Hey Texas Residents did you see Israel Coward Keyes from February 3, 2012 to his arrest in Lufkin on March 13, 2012.  On February 2 or 3rd he paid cash at Anchorage International Airport headed to Dallas-Fort Worth Airport where he rented a 2011 Kia Soul with Texas license plate NCN8 M857 from a nearby rental car outfit.  He drove this car through out the Dallas Metroplex area he went to Glenrose, Azle, Fort Worth, Irving, Arlington, Aledo and Cleburne.  He may have visited the Post Oak Cemetery in Glenrose near Fort Worth during this trip.  If you seen the vehicle please call 1-800-CALL-FBI immediately. They are really looking for his whereabouts between February 2-16, 2012.  Please help the FBI here we need to get some justice.  I would also like to know if their are any unsolved murder and missing cases during this time especially between February 2-March 13, 2012 he may linked to.

Major Pacific Northwest cities and major counties want to increase the crime rate in their jurisdictions

Recently Seattle communist Premiere Mike McGinn and King County Communist Premiere Dow Constantine have decided to make the crime rate.  Recently the King County Sheriff and Chief of Police of the Seattle Police Department have decided to pay citizens for their guns.  As a result they want crime rate higher than it is now.  They are going to destroy these instead of either donating to a gun club which would be a better.  Here is another reason why people in hometown area of Snoqualmie Valley and Cedar Valley want a divorce from Premiere Constantine in King County.  Now soon after the defeat of Mary Margaret Haugen.  Who I always called Haugendaus will not be in the State Senate this time thank you Barbara Bailey for defeating this problem child.  Maybe the people will rise again in the Snoqualmie and Cedar Valleys and file a divorce create Snoqualmie or Cedar County have the county seat be Snoqualmie Ridge in Snoqualmie.  I hope the rural areas of King County do not turn in their guns. Washington State DSHS needs to be out of the group home business

For over 20 years I have heard of many complaints of Washington State's monster agency known as DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services).  The problem is that for years no governors since late 1970's have attempted to tackle this agency head on.  The late Dixie Lee Ray a Democrat who was defeated in a primary in 1980 by crazy Jim against America McDermott who political career was finished by a volcano.  We know in the next four years dictator Jay Inslee will not address because he likes status quo.  This is where our heroes in the State Senate for the next two years comes in.  Recently a month ago a read a story in the Seattle Times about some autistic twins born in 1949 the year my Uncle Bob was born.  This agency through its contracted group homes over medicated these twins to make them more stupider then they were before.  Here is my article on why autistic people should not be medicated https://swensonfamilymember.blogspot.com/2012/04/drugs-should-never-be-perscribed-for.html  I wrote this article in April 2012.  We need to support Auburn State Senator Pam Roach to strip this agency.  Many non profit organization will gladly run these group homes which need to given to the counties to be administered.  Let's think about Spokane where they are a lot of group homes where local control would work great.  Many religious and other non profits like the Casey Family Program, Salvation Army, Lutheran Social Services, Catholic Social Service and ARC of Spokane will gladly take care of disabled with very little tax money and no bloated bureaucrat mismanagement that these autistic twins got.  We could have also saved the Powell boys who died in February 2012 when they father decided to kill his boys and set the house in Pierce County on fire.  Admitting his guilt to the murder of his wife Susan Powell.  Had my mother actually handed me over in a Rainer School parking lot in 1978 instead of getting ready to then put me back in the car we changed rural Special Education law in the State of Washington with the 1979 Washington State legislature.  In 1978 Snoqualmie Valley School known as the Upper Snoqualmie Valley School District was forced to admit special needs students thanks to my mother's advocacy and a court order by the King County Superior Court.  I was denied admission in 1977.  I may have started to act stupid and probably been not known by my family except through visitations.  I am blogger who can blow the whistle on this monster agency known as DSHS which I have done since 1992.  Please tell your state senator that you want this monster agency DSHS no longer overseeing group homes period. 

Lets ignore the rights of hunter Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife

Recently against the hunters of Central and Eastern Washington are getting screwed by the environmentalist controlled Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.  From February to April this socialist agency will not allow hunters to take some good Colokum elk that is very tasty.  You know Central Washington is not Northwest Trek quit treating Eastern Washington like it is a zoo that many Washington state taxpayers pay for.  Let the people hunt and if the herd wants to go into people's yards then you shoot then as the homeowner have great elk stakes.  Please tell the Socialist Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife you want to hunt when ever you want.  Quit managing people and manage game you idiots.  Please support Joel Kretz legislation HB 1285 we also need to relocate a problem herd called the Colokum elk to the Olympic Peninsula and the San Juan.  Please talk to the State Senate they are the bridge between please have Matt Manweller Kittitas County's home legislator out of Ellensburg have him back this Kretz measure
