Anchorage should require two baristas at a coffee stand at all times

Due to the recent murder of Samantha Koening on February 1st, 2012 at Common Grounds Espresso.  Please call your mayor and assembly demands that their be a minimum of two baristas at all times.  This will deter crime and make it safer for the barista at the coffee stand.  I understand this may cost more for coffee stand owner.  Safety of employees is more important then extra cost of have more than one employee at a coffee stand.  Had their been more than one person that night at Common Grounds coffee Samantha Koening may have not been murdered.

King County talking about closing the cold case unit

King County is talking about closing their cold case squad unit.  This is a bad idea this means mysteries and missing case will remain unsolved.  Their have been more murder that Gary Ridgway had killed then the one he actually killed.  He may have started in the late 1970's may have picked up a 13 year old girl named Angela Mae Meeker in Tacoma.  Closing this unit is an injustice to the families who never knew who killed their loved ones or found out what happened to their loves and may be will be found alive.  Jaycee Duggard and Carlina White were still alive after over twenty years.  Please King County do not close this unit.  If you pay $50 an hour I will help solve these cold cases.

Please help find Laurie Partridge

Laurie Partridge has been missing since 1974 when she walked out early from class from Ferris High School in Southeast Spokane.  Since Ferris is one of the most high class in Spokane.  I think that since she was complaining of stomach cramps.  She may have been pregnant and possibly ran away and is trying to find her family in Spokane.  If you are the offspring of Laurie please call the Partridge family in Spokane and meet your grandparents or if you know the whereabouts of Laurie Partridge please call the Spokane County dispatch at (509) 477-5980.

Please somebody get Mark Fuhrman former LA police detective who was last on the radio and had a Sandpoint residence and also get this story to the Spokane media such as Spokesman-Review also known as the Socialist Review and contact Dan Kleckner at KHQ, Randy Shaw at KREM TV and Nadine Woodward at KXLY and give the Partridge family hope and justice.  If you did kidnap her and killed her I hope you get justice and you get the death penalty thrown at you.  Please pray for the Partridge family.

The family is offering a $5,000 reward for any information on this case.

Cities need to adopt the Spokane idea of addressing panhandlers

Lot of cities would prefer the aggressive approach of arresting and giving citations.  This waste taxpayers resources.  Spokane has inventive approach that require panhandlers to have business licenses.  The panhandler pays a $1 for the license they have to display it in public and they do their business.  As long as they do not disobey any traffic laws the police leave them alone.  This also allows the city to track how many panhandlers there are and provides a registry.  Another approach is to do what Seattle does which require all the homeless and panhandlers to clear the street when Obama comes to town or pay homeless to sleep on the sidewalk when Bush, Sarah Palin and Reagan comes to town.  This is what Seattle does because communist run the city.   Seattle City Council wanted have a aggressive panhandling ordinance but Seattle Premiere Mike McGinn prefers the communist approach that Seattle does when enforcing panhandling laws currently.  I prefer the Spokane approach this does not politically discriminate.   He vetoed a measure that would help clean Seattle of abusive panhandlers.  In Alaska the State is the only one that can issue business licenses so cities like Anchorage could sell permits for a dollar.  City leaders like in Seattle, Austin and Yakima try the Spokane idea this cost very little money and it free police resources downtown.
