Medicaid vouchers should not be allowed to pay Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis

Medicaid should not be allowed to use in Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis main reason recently an Anchorage permit owner and cab driver got his non transferrable handicap permit taken away for excepting medicaid payments for runs to bingo and to the liquor.  I remember when cab drivers would ask this voucher goes from home to liquor store and I would have to deny payment.  Anchorage Police Department would not respond to the taxi as a defraud because they had a form of payment.  I would tell the driver they have to pay or drive them to jail.  Some customer would call and say why did the driver not take my medicaid voucher.  My response would be did the doctor prescribe Jack Daniels as medicine.  Customers says no.  I would ask their full name then the next business day I would call their caseworker guess what next month they would have their benefits cancelled.  You use medicaid do not mess with this dispatcher.  I also used to be a monitor to the Early Screening Program if the customer talk nasty to the cab driver.  I would talk to Ann Comeau the person in charge of the program as morning dispatcher at Alaska Yellow Cab.  If they do it too many times then guess what the member would be off the program.  I banned five people on the program.  If we banned Medicaid from Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks taxis then they would not be able to accept Early Screen Program vouchers either.  In developed cities like Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau the bus system would be great for transport of people.  The only exception would be the exceptionally handicapped then the Anchor Rides program would work in their favor. 

Small rural city post offices that are close together should be allowed to contract a local courier for faster mail delivery

Sometimes the moron bureaucrats in Washington, DC do not understand that most of America lives in small town rural America.  Instead having mail go from point A to B if the process is local.  Here is an Alaskan example.  If you are mailing a letter from Palmer to Wasilla why should you have wait three days to get that letter instead the Palmer and Wasilla post office could call a courier service to deliver those letter to each other.  Have the local post office put a stamp on it.  Every post has one unless in a big city like Spokane, Seattle and Anchorage.  Snoqualmie Valley the Western Washington example.  If you were to mail a letter from North Bend to Carnation a mail courier would be much faster to truck that letter to some mail processing facility this will speed up mail delivery.  Central Washington mail delivery example if you were to mail a letter from Cle Elum to South Cle Elum which is just across the Yakima River why would not a local courier service.  Here is an interesting argument why do we even have a post office in South Cle Elum since most residents come into Cle Elum to do shopping anyway but then if you use that argument.  Cle Elum would be the only city with a post office since everybody in the Upper Kittitas County comes into Cle Elum to shop since Roslyn has not had a supermarket or place where people save lots on groceries for probably more than 30 years and since Safeway is the only major grocery hopefully one day that will to give the Upper Kittitas County some competition which the Snoqualmie Valley has benefited from competition. 

Pasco facility should remain open in Eastern Washington to have mail in Central Washington and Northern Oregon move faster

Recently the United States Postal Service chose to close three small postal facilities in Central Washington.  I understand this is to save money.  However to keep mail moving faster in Central Washington and Northern Oregon please keep the Pasco facility open.  This facility could process any overflow.  I understand why the Spokane facility was chosen due to fact in the winter if the Seattle facility was chosen.  Central Washington may go days without mail service depending on pass closures.  That was smart now we have another issue that the quickness of delivery to Central Washington.  By reducing the staff at the Pasco facility this will allow the flow of mail to Central Washington residents to be faster.  This could also be an overflow facility since the Spokane facility can process mail very fast.  I remember get a mail in only a day within town however Central Washington residents to do deliver from point A to B unless within region such as if you are mailing from Ronald to South Cle Elum hopefully will just be done by courier instead of having that mail go to Spokane to be processed then head to mail a letter in a local area.  Leaving the Pasco facility open would make it so mail would flow faster in case the Spokane facility gets a backlog.  This would also keep jobs in Tri Cities area.  Please keep Pasco facility open.  The bad news is that North Central Washington with the Wenatchee area closing in order to save the United States Postal Services money would need to understand that in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan counties mail will need to take longer.  Good news since Moses Lake is just a straight shot on Interstate 90 they will get mail faster then from the Wenatchee facility since trucks will not need travel to Moses Lake using State Route 28.  Please call Congressman Hastings and ask that the Pasco facility remain open even at a reduced capacity to ensure faster delivery within Central Washington and Northern Oregon.

Portland Transit customers taken for a ride while managers get the gravy

It seems that objective of TriMet is to serve the public of the Portland Metropolitan area.  However the managers of TriMet have been pigs at the troth of the Portland area taxpayers.  The fares are the highest in the nation.  For 575 miles of track the adult Portland area passenger pays $100 a month.  For a low income worker or the average worker who can not afford or to pay the high taxes of the Metro Portland Government to drive on the streets.  I guess TriMet in Portland is kind of the Washington State Ferry System which is main reason why Washington State must toll roads to put more money in a ferry boat.  When you have high fares but have less of a product reduce service.  Have you ever though that maybe if reduce your administration give more money to drivers.  Give employees the option to shop for health care and benefits by looking at the least price options layoff 50 off your managers.  Neil McFairlane who has been eating the most expensive stake he likes well done at Sizzler how about if the Oregon Metropolitan council was to reduce your salary to 100K which is not what you are worth.  You know many Occupy Portland demonstrations have targeted corporations when maybe they should Occupy TriMet bus stage a protest or sense Portland is know to be weird ride naked.  I say when you ride TriMet put 50 percent of the ride.  You get enough people doing that.  You actually might have to lower your monthly pass from $100 to $50.  Next time you renew your monthly pay the cashier $50 say monthly pass please.  They refuse tell them I am only paying $50.  After last week they could not even pay afford the light bill to Portland General Electric causing a disruption of service.  Come on wake up stop being weird demand you lower the Monthly pass to $50.  Quit being an embarrassment.  You are causing Oregon taxpayers to pay low income and public assistance programs more money out of their budget.  Let's find some money out of a couch cushion reduce some fares quit squeezing fares out of innocent Portlanders because they are fed up.  Thank you my friends at KOIN Local 6 this blog will continue to added when I find more info on their investigation of TriMet gravy.

Here is an idea let's eliminate the Internal Revenue Service

Since this is a popular American agency that was created by the 16th amendment to the US Constitution in 1913 and the Progressive political movement unless you are a Ron Paul bot and believe this amendment was not ratified.  We need to replace this with a flat tax or a consumption tax.  If a state wants to collect an income tax they should have that right.  I am not advocating a state income tax.  Since recently the IRS has been used to go after conservative group.  I would like you to go after this blog.  Since it does not make any money as of yet.  It does not owe you a dime.  Please call your congressman and US Senators ask this agency go bye bye

West Fertilizer accident in Texas was a domestic terror incident not an industrial accident as was first reported

According to the McClendon County Sheriffs Department they have arrested a fellow firefighter Bryce Reed who had homemade bombs at his residence made by normal cleaning supplies.  Yes the FBI, ATF and Texas Rangers also helped in the investigation of the West Fertilizer Accident in West, Texas a small town in McClendon County where Waco sits.  Could this be in protest of the Waco tragedy done in 1993 at the Koresh compound which the attack was illustrated by the Texas Rangers, FBI, ATF and the Janet Reno justice department during the Clinton Administration.  The week of April 17th was the 20th anniversary of the Koresh compound tragedy which the Government did or David Koresh we will never know since some of those files have been sealed forever.  Now on October 3, 1909 in my adopted hometown of Roslyn their was a mining explosion an industrial accident that was a dark day in Roslyn and Cle Elum history.  Roslyn prays for the folks in West, Texas that you will recover.  Please EPA do not stop this town from recovering from an industry because I am sure Governor Rick Perry a possible 2016 GOP candidate for president will not put up with you and preventing this town from getting back on its feet.  As for this disgraced firefighter as a son of a volunteer firefighter from Kittitas County I will tell you if wanted to fight a fire volunteer to fight do not create them so you can fight them you killed a Dallas area fire captain over this and other first responders.  I hope the State of Texas gives you swift punishment that if death penalty put in front of the line 5 years minimum buddy maybe one appeal.
